Maintenance of MDR & ODR Roads in the Jurisidiction of( R&B)Section, Sidhout (Package-II) for the Year 2026-27 in YSR Kadapa district

Providing B.T. patch work for pot holes using 9.50-11.20 mm HBD machine crushed metal with required quantity of 9:50-11:20mm size HBT key chips and 80/100 grade bitumen at 72 Kgs/1 cum of work for filling the pot holes including removal of loose material in the pot holes, trimming the edges to provide form vertical faces. cleaning, applying tack coat, filling the pot holes compacting with power Road roller of 8 to 10 T and finishing including cost and conveyance of materials T&P charges and all labour charges for all operations etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in the following reaches.

Providing B.T. patch work for pot holes using 40 to 45mm HBD metal with required quantity of 9.5mm to 11.2mm size HBT key chips and 42 Kgs of 80/100 grade bitumen per one cum of work for filling the pot holes including removal of loose material in the pot holes trimming the edges to provide form vertical faces cleaning applying tack coat filling the pot holes compacting and finishing including cost and conveyance of materials, T&P charges and all labour charges for all operations etc..., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge in the following reaches.

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBD crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadem specification ( 5th Revision) as per Table 400-13, including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (5th revision) for finished item of work.

Clearing Juliflora (Prosafia) Jungle on either side of the road including uprooting of stumps and taking away from site and burnt into ashes etc., complete as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge

Random Rubble stone masonry in CM (1:8) prop: (Cement: Sand) using hard other than granite stones carted from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, screened sand, water, stones etc., from approved quarry, to site, including labour for cutting stones to required size and shape, mixing, of cement, mortar, construction, curing etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in foundation and basement. (APSS No. 601 & 615)

Plastering in CM (1:5) 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials , labour charges , curing etc complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces

Supply and providing Man mazdoor for clearing vents of Culverts and minor Bridges and other petty works as directed by the Engineer - In- Charge

Hire charges of JCB to drainoff rain water by making chutes on berms & removal of debris / stumps in the vents as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
