Sub Estimate- I:- Construction of Irrigation Well

Earthwork in excavation in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt clay, gravel, murrum of all varietys, shingles, pebbles and all types of conglomerates leterite rock, soft rock, ordinary rock, disintegrated rock, fissured rock, weathyer rock, shattered rock, decomposed rock and all such other materials either in full or in part as the case may be adopting any method or methods as may be convenient or permitted including chiselling, wedging etc. but blasting probhited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated, submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping and bailing out water including setting out construction of shoring and bracing in removal of stumps and other deleterious materials, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling the excavated earth to the extend required and disposing off the remaining excavated soil/ rock as directed by Engineer In Charge for initial lead of 50 m and all lifts etc. complete.

Reinforced cement concrete work in well steining excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½ :3 (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand: 3 graded granitic or basaltic aggreate 20mm nominal size

Centering & shuttering including Strutting, Propping & removal of forms for : xii) Well steining

Providing High yield strength steel reinforcement bar (HYSD)/TMT steel reinforcement bar from secondary producers (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation pipeline trenches drain (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sq.m. on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m. a)All kinds of soil

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Laterite masonry in neatly dressed stones of size as specified in cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and basement.

Providing & laying damp proof course 25 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone agg. 10 mm nominal size).

Laterite masonry in neatly dressed stones for 23 cms thick masonry walls in c.m. 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand in foundation upto plinth level Extra for laterite masonry in all sizes in superstructure from floor I level upto floor V level.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of 80 x 1.25 mm M.S. laths interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5cm long wire springs grade No.2 and M.S. top cover of 1.25mm thick for folling shutterstop cover and spring.

Providing Pre-cast cement concrete jali 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 stone aggreate 6mm nominal size) reinforced with 1.6mm dia mild steel wire including centering and shuttering, roughening, cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine snad) all complete excluding plastering of the jambs, sills and soffits ii) 40 mm

12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Colour washing such as green, blue or buff on new work ( two or more coats) including a base coat of white washing with lime to give an even shade.

Steel work welded (SAIL, TATA. VIZAG & using electrodes of Ador or ES4B or Deh Secheron make only)in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying priming coat of red lead paint.

Providing asbestos cement sheets roofings fixed with galvanized iron j or l hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia G.I. plain and bitumen washer complete excluding the cost of purlines rafters, and trusses.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) with ordinary ready mixed paint of approved brand & manufacture in all shades except white or green on new work to give an even shade

Supplying monoblock centrifual pump set/ submersiable pumpsetof 5.00 H.P.at 4125 V+8% 50 Hz capable of delivering 5.20 lps at total dynamic head of 35mts and confirming to ISO-9001 specification of make like Kirloskar/Calma/Wasp or equivalent with delvery outlet of 50mm dia including necessary accessoires and 2.5sqmm submersible cable (15mts) complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing control panel board of 25mm x 25mm x6mm, MS angle frame work of height 60cm and width 1.2m fixed with 12mm (1/2'') thick plywood and plain asbestos cement sheet 6mm (1/4") thick with necessary MS bolts or screws and brackets fittings of make L&T / Siemens /Kirloskar /Crompton & Greaves or equivalent including connecting the electrical fixtures internally by means of PVC sheathed copper wire of 7/22 size complete

Supplying at site and fixing flexible green PVC pipes 65mm dia for suction side with GI fittings such as clamps, adopter etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
