Painting of old rusted steel surface of gates and appurtenances after preparation of surface properly by sand blasting process (heavy deposits of grease or oil may be removed by the solvent like clean mineral, sprits, xylol or white gasoline,etc. prier to sand blasting) and applying two coat of zinc rich primer and two coats of solvent less epoxy paint including cot of all labour , material T&P and scaffolding etc required for propper completion of work. Work should be done as per IS specification 1477 (Part-1):1971 and direction of engineer incharge . .
