M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies including neccessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick /stone masonary/block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in solid building blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of cement plaster on brick work or stone walls etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT Bars 10 mm diameter cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending for hooping, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia etc for cover slab complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of manhole of any size and removing of sludge/sift/foreign materials up to 50m away form starting point complete all as specifed and directed.
