IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:

(a) It is mandatory for all the bidders to submit their tender documents on-line (e-tendering).

(b) Being a Turnkey Project Vender Registration is not required.

(c) All the bidders will be required to pay Tender Fee plus applicable GST as mentioned in

the Tender Document either in Cash (up to Rs. 10,000/- only) at the office address

specified in the tender documents or by RTGS / NEFT / Online.

(d) If the EMD amount is more than Rs. 3.0 Lakhs, it should be paid either by RTGS / NEFT

/ Online or Demand Draft or Banker’s Cheque or Pay order or Bank Guarantee.

Otherwise, it should be paid either in Cash (up to Rs. 10,000/- Only) at the office

address specified in the Tender Documents or by RTGS / NEFT / Online.

(e) In case of payment of EMD through Demand Draft or Banker’s Cheque or Pay order or

Bank Guarantee or receipt of payment in Cash, the scanned copy of original

documents shall be uploaded in preliminary stage and original copy of the same will

be submitted only by Registered Post A.D. or Speed Post and same must be

submitted on or Before Schedule Date and time and ensure that Tender Number must

be mentioned on the sealed cover. Otherwise, the offer will not be considered (at the

[A] PERIOD OF CONTRACT

Overall completion period for execution of the work stated in Schedule-B (Supply + Erection +

Civil) of this contract will be 12 months after commencement period of 45 days. The

commencement period shall be reckoned form the date of receipt of LoA. The work shall be

carried out in parallel (Supply + Erection + Civil).

[B] REQUIRED COMPETENCE

The bidder should have the necessary competence, adequate financial standing, sufficient

experience, expertise and related infrastructure for handling contract work of similar nature. The

qualifying requirements are given in this tender specification.

[C] SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS

Payment of Tender Fee/EMD Can be accepted by RTGS/NEFT.

I. Tender fee is 10,000.00 + 1,800.00 (18%GST) = 11,800.00 (Non-refundable).

II. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security for an amount of 1% of Tender
