Below G.L. for laying of sewer manholes, Gully pits, Chambers, sumps etc. in ordinary soil(earth,sand loam and clay) joints, pits, trimming, dressing, levelling refilling of trenchesincluding cutting of in 20 cm layers,watering and ramming the same including removal of surplus earth or other dismantled material up to a distance of 50 meters from the center of trenches.Excavation in soil mixed with morum,shingle,kankar requaring use of specials T&P. Dismantled timbering materials will be the property of the contractor.

S&S pipes with rubber gaskets to the site of work, lowering the same into trenches below ground level true to alignment, making the joints with rubber gaskets and with necessary spun yarn soaked in bitumen jointing with 1:2 cement mortar in coarse sand including cost of all jointing materials and testing etc. complete but excluding excavation and backfilling of trenches upto ground level. Providing laying and jointing of following dia sewer pipeline (as per IS 3589) by trenchless technology including survey of underground utility and accordingly preparation of design and drawing for laying of pipe line, construction of pits including all upto required depth including M.S pipe of required thickness and making all necessary arrangements for laying of sewer line by trenchless method upto the entire satisfection of Engineer in charge including excavation, dewatering, back filling of pits, cutting bituminous surface, WBM, CC road if any and disposal of surplus earth and rubbish as directed by engineer in charge. Pipe should be polyurethane (PU) coated inside and bitumen anti corrosive coated outside and laying at a required depths & in subsoil condition and including dewatering , and true to alignment and gradient required as per direction of engineer in charge complete.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.With material conforming to Grade-III (size range 26.5 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-20

Providing plain cement concrete bedding with 1:2:4 (M-15 grade ) with carefully compacted backfill using 20mm and down hard crusher broken stone laying in layers of not more than 15 cm thick including shuttering, compaction, curing, etc., complete for PCC bedding and surrounding as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Width of bedding ( Outer diameter of pipe + 200mm or 1.25 times of outer diameter , whichever is more )

Constructing Brick Masonry Manhole of various dia and depth as per IS :4111 par1( latest ammendment) in FPS brick class designation M-100 in Cement Mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) including nside and outside 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3(1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement inside only. The work includes excavation, dewatering, planking, strutting etc. refilling, disposal of surplus earth with all lift and lead of 50m, Including construction of concrete base with PCC 1:4:8 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 40mm nominal size), preparation of channal up to the height of'the'pipe and benching in PCC 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including neat cement finished, suitable connection of inlet & outlet pipes, testing (watertightness} of manhole, curing etc. complete as per specification and drawing and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (the depth of manhole will be measured from the invert of the pipe to top of the manhole cover).

Providing and fixing orange colour safety foot rest of minimum 6mm thick plastic encapsulated as per IS:10910 on 12mm dia steel bar conforming to IS: 1786 having minimum cross section as 23 mmx 25mm and over all minimum length 263 mm and width as 165mm with minimum 112 mm space between protuded legs having 2mm tread on top surface by ribbing or chequering besides necessary and adequate anchoring projections on tail length on 138 mm as per standard drawing and suitable to with stand the bend test and chemical resistance test as per specifications and having manufacturer permanent identification mark to be visible even after fixing, including fixing in manhole with 30x20x15 cm cement concrete block 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete as per design.

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast RCC manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality as per directed by Engineer In charge. (The name of the department and date of manufacturing and duty of manhole cover will be embosed on the top of the manhole cover)
