Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using water proofing compound @ 200 ML per 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instruction in two layers, finished fair and even surface without using extra cement - External Plaster (WPC measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and apply two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or othe section with fusset plates, rails braces etc, complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting other covering . Supply and fixing 4 mm sheet glass thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares n. exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for perparation of new steel surfaces exc girth of width 10cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed. Note : Painting shall be done through spray machine.
