Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at once and compacting with Hand roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408 MORD. with GRAVEL etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work, but excluding siegniorage charges.

Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) with Bricks traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms 2nd class. The rate including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.

Plastering with CM (1:5) 12mm thick. The rate including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work but excluding seigniorage charges.

Painting ot New Walls with Two coats of Plastic Emalusion paint of Approved Brand on the prime coat and shade after throughly Brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered meterials cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges etc., As per S.S.911 and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work for external walls.
