Supply of FAA certified Inset Type Uni Directional Green Turning Pad Light meeting ICAO/DGCA requirements LED lamp of series circuit 2.8 - 6.6 amps current with shallow base and matching body of the fitting, inner body and outer cover made of die cast aluminium complete with pre-focused reflector LED lamps with connected heat resistant accessories, prism assembly, optical assembly, "O" ring seal, pressure relief test plug, lense(s), two-pole secondary plug, hardware and all standard accessories and ready for site installation as required and as per the enclosed particular specifications. And suitable for operation control and monitoring on existing RCD/ALCMS (Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System).

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Inset Type Uni Directional Green Turning Pad Light fitting with core cutting and setting including providing sealing material of reputed make and installtion of transformer, lens, lamps gasket, nut bolts, lens holding clamp and other accessories i/c alignment, levelling, connection, earth connection etc. all complete as required.

Supply of 5000V, 15 Hz Series ,15W 6.6/6.6A Isolating Transformers encapsulated in black cross linked polychloroprene compound like TPE /TPR / TPV with primary and secondary connections suitable for suitable for Item no: 1 for following applications and compatible to use on RCD/ALCMS as per Technical Specifications.

Supply of 6 sqmm 5 KV grade dry type Plug and Receptacle of type I, class 'B' primary connector kit with field attachment and suitable for 5 KV grade single core copper conductor, copper braided, XLPE insulated PE outer sheathed shielded cable, complete as required confirming to the technical specification.

Making field connections by crimping of 6 sqmm size plug & receptable with suitable existing size single core PVC Cu.Conductor cable of 5 KV grade Airfield cable including filling the gap with water sealant material applying PVC insulation tape etc. complete as required.

Supply of Secondary connector kit suitable for connection 2X 4 sq. mm multi stranded annealed conductor, unshielded secondary airfield lighting cables as per specification etc. as required.

Cutting of cable groove with kerf cutting machine for laying following number of 2 x 4 Sq.mm secondary leads meant for inset type runway fitting on the concrete/ bituminous runway surface including kerfing, chiseling, cleaning and filling the groove with sealant compound after putting sealant primer after laying secondary lead including jute covering for protection etc. as required. a) 01 Run of Cable alongwith earting wire

Supply of 2C x 6 sqmm Airfield Lighting (AFL) 5 KV grade, Single Core, Copper Conductor, XLPE insulated, and with inner and outer semiconductor, Polyethylene (PE) outer sheathed, Unarmoured Underground Cable for airfield lighting Primary Circuit, conforming to IS 1554/ IS 7098(part-2) and specification as specified in technical specification.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC / HUME / METAL / GI / HDPE pipe as required.

Supply of 2C x 4 sq.mm., 1.1 KV Grade Flexible Copper Conductor, EPR insulated & CPE (Chlorinated Polyethylen, cross - linked, heavy duty) outer sheath (Black colour) Secondary cable for Airport lighting circuits conforming as specified in particular specification of following sizes as required.

Supply of green color single core 4 Sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor earth wire complete as required.

Laying of one number 2 X 4 sq mm AFL secondary cable along with 1 X 4 sq mm earth cable of voltage grade not exceeding 1.1 KV in the existing RCC / HUME / METAL / GI / HDPE pipes etc. as required.

Installation of Transformer Housing Boxes of size 330 mm dia and depth up to 450 mm as per drawing i/c excavation of hard rock/pavement of all types/ concrete/bitumen etc. and all kinds of soil to the required depth, as per specifications, refilling the side surface, sloping and making good the same as original, providing cement cncrete foundation of ratio 1:3:6 (i cement, 3. coarse sand and 6 graded stone of 40 mm nominal size) & thickness of concrete at 75 mm in all sides i/c bottom dressing of earth, with brick and finishing with 13 mm thick cement plaster of ratio 1:3 on exposed surface and neat cement finishing on top etc. as required.

Supply of 10 mm thick MS Dummy Plate suitable for C.I Housing Box with Gaskets and S.S. Bolts complete as required.

Fixing of 10 mm thick MS Dummy Plate suitable for C.I Housing Box with Gaskets and S.S.Bolts complete as required.

SITC of 4KW Indoor Type Air Cooled Constant Current Regulator (CCR) of Micro Processor Controlled, Thyristor Type suitable for operation on single phase 230V PE ± 10%, 50 Hz input AC supply with 5 steps variation of current output (2.8, 3.4, 4.0, 5.2 and 6.6 Amp) and able to communicate with PC or PLC controlled system with digital output ammeter (0-10 Amps), over current, over voltage, open circuit and earth fault protection and earth leakage meter, two stage earth leakage detector, positive back indication Equipments, hours run counter, LCD display complete as required for the following rating and confirm to specifications enclosed and suitable for operation on the existing Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring System (ALCMS) with communication, local and remote control and monitoring even and data recording and history keeping etc complete as required.

Supplying of 63 mm Dia HDPE pipe, PN6 grade, PE 80 ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 4984-1995, Part II complete as required.​

Pulling of 63mm Dia HDPE pipe direct in ground by HDD method (not less than 7ft below ground level) complete as required.

Provision of new Turn Pad Light circuit & its associated lights by modifying in the existing GLF remote control desk includes making of holes for indicator LED's & fixing of different coloured suitable indicator LED'S (30 nos,) with diode on Bakelite sheet and proper wiring & connections, etc. complete as required as per satisfaction of Engineer ln-charge.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface recessed conduit / cable as required.

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design : (a). Inside size 120x90 cm and 90 cm deep including C.I. cover with frame (heavy duty) 560 mm internal diameter, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 208 kg (weight of cover 108 kg and weight of frame 100 kg) : (b). With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5
