M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin counter and the like, set in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid joint free ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm (i.e. 600mm x 600mm or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge) as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (i.e. 600mm x 300mm or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10 mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cement screed/ plaster. (ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved from GE before incorporation in the work.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Anti radiation Paint of approved tint/shade over & including 1mm thick white cement based wall care putty as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC-67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity Grade ‘A’. M&L for cutting of existing road for removing / laying UG Cables/ pipe line, depth of cutting not exceeding 60cm and width 45cm and filling the trench of road i.e. excluding top 20cm with existing aggregate obtained from cutting, watered and properly rammed to satisfaction of EIC and finally provide with & including 20 cm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate to entire width of trench & finally match the top surface to road & disposal of debris to a distance not exceeding 250 metre and depositing where directed complete all as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L for Distribution Chart of Water Supply System of size 120cm x 90cm made of 3mm thick PVC/ Acrylic sheet, chart prepared and painted with different colour code as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, with suitable aluminium framing, fixed on wall with appropriate screws, complete all as directed. Note : Letters/matter etc for Distribution Chart shall be given by the Engineer-in-Charge. The lettering font & style, layout of water supply lines, etc shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
