Earth work in excavaxtion for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/ weding out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal of material upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (One hundred fifty millimetres) compacted thickness including shoring strutting pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and quantam of water including cleaning of slush which any arrise out during dewatering as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Rate is including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement isto four Sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty milimetre) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding the cost of form work. in foundation and plinth, as per specifications, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work of grade M-25 (M- Twenty) design mix to obtain the minimum compressive strength of 20N/mm2 (Twenty newton per square millimetre) with cement contents not less than 400 Kgs/m3 four hundred kilogrammes per Cubicmetre) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all work upto plinth level including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Tor steel reinforcement for Reinforced cement of TATA/ TISCON, SAIL concrete work including cutting, straighting, bending, binding and placing in position, including cost of binding wire complete for all floor level, as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Second class brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level to floor all level in cement mortar 1:6 (One Cement is to Six Sand), as per specifications, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfactions and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing sheet covering over expansion joints with iron screw as per design aluminium fluted strips 3.15mm thick 150mm (One hundred fifty milimetre) wide as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and filling in position bitumen mix filler of proportion 80 kg (Eighty kilogram) of hot bitumen 1 kg (One kilogram) of cement and 0.25 (Zero point two five) cubic metre of coarse sand for expansion joints as per specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in grating, frames, guard bar, ladder, railing, brackets, gates and similar works and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Painting steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing Plinth protection 50mm(Fifty milimetre) thick with cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement isto Three sand isto Six graded stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty milimetre)nominal size including finishing the top surface of concrete smooth within all leadsand lifts of material and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental. 18mm (Eighty milimetre) cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm (Twelve milimetre) thick cement plaster 1:5 9On3e cement isto Five Sand) finished with a top of layer 6mm (Six milimetre) thick cement plaster 1:6 (One cement isto Six sand) and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing and fixing 300x150mm (Three hundred into One hundred fifty milimetre) chamba stone cladding of masonry/corner surface with 12mm (Twelve milimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto Three Sand) including plastering in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement isto Five Sand) wherever required and jointed with cement slurry including spans scaffolding etcd. Complete within all leads, lifts of maerial and other incidental as per approved drawing, design and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing G.I. chain linkm frabic fencing made of G.I. wire of dia 4mm (Four milimetre) of required width in mesh size 50x50mm (Fifty into Fifty milimetre) including strengthening with 2mm (Two milimetre) dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental.
