However, vacuum and pressure leakage testing with nitrogen (N2), if any required, is deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted by the contractor for this item. Comprehensive Maintenance / Servicing of existing RMU's SF 6, 3 phase, 11 KV, 630 / 400 Amps by authorised dealer only.The scope of work includes : (a)Calibration of metering system, checking, setting, adjustment of over current relay, earth fault and tripping relay complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.The contractor should immediately approach mechanic of authorised dealer as soon as fault occurs/resetting required. (b) Checking of all incoming and outgoing HT Terminals for any looseness and ensuring the proper tightness for all terminals. (c) Checking the nominal operating gas presssure as per manufactures standard of RMU and testing for any leakage of insulation gas and rectify the same if found (d) Operating gas pressure should be suitable to satisfy the rated dielectric strength (e) Testing for CT's, PT's, Relays , Breakers and cable glands (f) Anti oxide greasing should be done at all connections of cable and bus bars

Note: (1) The contractor should ensure the proper functioning of RMU's and should approach with authorised dealer for carrying of servicing of breaker periodically & when fault /breakdown occurs.
