Supplying premium Executive chair revolving type for office use of various level officers. The Chair should have 5 prong base made from solid or pressed steel sheet and fitted with heavy duty castor wheels. The Seat & Back will be made from one piece round steel tubular Economically designed frame and are cushioned with 32 density foam cushions and upholstered with acrylic cotton Fabric/ artificial leather in approved shade. Fitted with 'D'/ 'Y' type PU Arm-rest. With seat height adjustment by Gas Lift mechanism, Push back mechanism, full Revolving & lockable Tilting system as per clause No. 1.3.2.1 of Technical specification (Section VI)

Supplying and placing in position as directed cots of size 120x180 cm size manufactured using teak wood main frame 10 x 5 cm size minimum and 7 x 5 cm size cross members 4 nos and legs of minimum 40 cm2 cross section round / square / rectangular section, top plate with marine plywood 12mm thick conforming to IS 710:2010 , Headboard (1.2 x .9m)shall be with teak wood frame 10 x 4 cm and planks 2 cm thick finished as per design approved and entire cot shall be finished matt finish wood polish over one or more coat of wood filler and wood sealer. cot shall be fitted with polyureathene bushes at the bottom of legs. as per clause No. 1.3.2.3 of Technical specification (Section VI)

Supplying and fitting and placing in position Dining table (with chairs 8 Nos per set) of size 240x120x80cm manufactured using teak wood frames and legs (main legs of section 200 cm2 main members of top frame 75 cm2 and sub members 40 cm2 minimum) of proportionate size and shapes as per approved drawing or design obtained in advance with glass top 12mm thick edges finished smooth in curved pattern. with chairs made out of teak wood as per design approved ( legs 60 cm2, main seat supporting members 30 cm2 minimum) seat and back finished with uphaulstered with jute finished cloth of approved make & color. Both table and chairs fnished with matt finish wood polish over required coats of filler and one or more coat of sealer. as per clause No. 1.3.2.4 of Technical specification (Section VI)

Supplying and fitting and placing in position Tepoy size 80x80x40cm manufactured using teak wood frames and legs (main legs of section 70 cm2 main members of top frame 50 cm2 and sub members 30 cm2 minimum) of proportionate size (length x breadth) and shapes as per approved drawing or design obtained in advance with glass top 12mm thick edges finished smooth in curved pattern. Tables finished with matt finish wood polish over required coats of filler and one or more coat of sealer. as per clause No. 1.3.2.5 of Technical specification (Section VI)

Single seater sofa with armrest suitable for drawing rooms with clear seating space of 0.3m2 minimum uphaulstered with jute finish sofa fabric cloth cover in a price range of Rs.250-300/meter length with minimum 15 cm average thick high density U foam for back and seat profiled to comfortable pattern with hard wood structural members as per clause No. 1.3.2.6 of Technical specification (Section VI)

1.5 Ton inverter based Spilt Air Conditioners (5 STAR RATED) suitable for wall mounting working on 230 volts, 50 Hz, SPAC power supply with matching capacity stabilizer, Refrigerant - R-134A/R-401A, Noise Level – Less than 35 db. Mounting/ Fitting indoor & outdoor units at the respective locations as per standard practice including Leak testing and additional refrigerant charge if required. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of suitable size copper refrigerant lines (suction and return) including insulation of minimum 13 mm thickness nitride rubber with aluminum foil covering along with required electrical and control cabling as per standard practice. Supply and laying of 35mm - 40 mm dia. PVC drain piping as per standard practice including U trap per each AC. Making connections from points already provided including extension, providing necessary inlet & outlets on walls, beams etc and rectification work on structure of the building including finishing etc complete. as per clause No. 1.3.5 of Technical specification (Section VI)
