Demolition of brick masonary work, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding precast concrete articles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels,kerbs, aprons, etc. laid,bedded and pointed in cement mortar in drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with Locally available best quality bricks , laid on edges on top surfaces of drains,bedded and jointed in CM (1:6) and Pointed in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brick work with Locally available best quality bricks , laid flat on verticle inclined sides of drains,bedded and jointed in CM (1:6) and Pointed in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 Type Bo (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate)in foundations filling and mass concrete including demoilition of old one complete directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in 1:4 complete directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of cement plaster on brick (or) concrete wall including racking out joints hakins for key sinebling down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement morter 1:4 with water proofing compound finished even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separetely)

Supply only intergral water proofing compound (WPC) of best quality

Materials and labour for applying two coats of cement base paint including preparation of surfaces as on walls complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces & applying one coats of cement base paint of walls, chajja,facia,slab etc for portion of building all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of surface & applying three coats of white wash on walls.

Preparation of old treated surfaces of wall all as directed and applying two coat of white washing complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lin repair for machine pressed ,pre-polished and chemically treated, smooth finished ,exterior graded coloured cement concrete Chequered tiles 30cm x 30cm x 22-25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for 80 mm thick M-35 grade factory made vibratory compected cement concrete rubber moulded, interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved laid over and including 25mm thick consolidated sand cushion and joints filled with sand complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling post or strut any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground post embedded natural ground

Al as per item no 18 above but post embedded in concrete brick and masonry ground etc

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.254 mm dia barbed with 2 mm barbed at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or lying at corssling with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc all as specified and as directed (Note : Each line of wire to be measured)

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and removal excess soil to at a distance 50 m and making good surface(soft or loose soil)

M&L for Cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate)in foundations filling and mass concrete including demoilition od old one.

M&L for RCC type B1 1:1.5:3, M-20 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, post and struts

M& L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type c-2 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded aggegrate as in pcc band at ground level to hold the bottom of post etc

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

All as per item No.26herein before but 5mm dia and over and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

As per item no 26 above but 6mm dia round bar as in nibs complete all as specified

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns raft and raft beams sides and soffit of foundation and plinth beam and similar work similar or batte for rough finished surfaces of concrete in flat.

M&L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, finised rough, square, rectangular section.

M&L in repair for flat iron in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or revetting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type exc 1.9 Kg per square metre as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire any size or type weight exc 4 Kg per square metre as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of steel surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

M& Lin repairs for PCC machine pressed precast apexstone kerb stone or similar article of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate of size 410x300x100mmset and jointed and pointed in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth using extra cement setting in mortar complete with joints to match including demolition of existing kerb complete all as specified and as required at site.

M&L for preparation of newly or previously untreated concrete surafce and applying two coat of synthetic enamale paint over the one coat of priming paint plaster complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old untreated concrete surafce and applyingtwo coat of synthetic enamale paint over the one coat of priming paint plaster complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and footpath finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including making joints to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metres and at every change of direction and filling the same with & including bitumen and sand 1:2 by weight complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 50mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring and finished the surface even and smooth with using extra cement or ramp etc including making joints to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metres and at every change of direction and filling the same with & including bitumen and sand 1:2 by weight complete all as specified and as directed. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M &L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, spread and levelled in layers n exc.15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing RCC 1:2:4 type B-1( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in precast cover slab and the like including formwork ( Reinforcements shall measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges of 1:2:4 of B0 complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required

M & L for 300 Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 to drain pipes of 300 mm bore including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specfied and directed.

S/F rolled MS as in joist,channel angle, post or tee section,as in fencing post and similar framed work fixed independently to connecting base plates,bend to shape, holes drilled/ notches cut to receive MS bolts & barbed wire, embedded to concrete or natural ground complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of steel surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:3:6) type C1 as in holdfast block, coping, bedblock etc.
