Work of painting of trench covers (Iron make) and other miscellaneous work at 400KV Substation Rishikesh

Removing of rust/corrosion from both side of Iron Trench cover plate from trench at 400 kV Switch yard with the help of iron bursh, tarpin oil, good quality of sand paper etc. including removing of grass both side of the trench strip.

One coat of Iron/steel primer of both side of Trench cover plate and supporting irion strip.

Two coat of Black color enamel paint of both side of trenches (Asian/Nerolac make)

Removing and strengthening the bending trench cover in 400 KV Switch yard.

Cleaning of Cable Trench in 400/220 kV Switch- yard and around the Control Room Building including opening of Trench Cover, replacing the same after cleaning the Trench on getting it cleaned by throwing its waste material e.g. silt and sand, boulders, mud’s rubbish etc. Work as below: i) Opening of MS Trench Cover;. ii). Cleaning of Cable Trench by removing the mud/vegetation & dry grass etc by Khurpi, and place the foreign material at one place in the cable trench; iii). Taking out of the said foreign material from the cable trench iv). Cleaning of Cables/Cable Trench by Tar brush/Jharoo/air pressure; v). Replacement of Trench Covers, already lifted for cleaning: vi). Carriage of waste material for throwing it away of security fencing including the cost of the source of transportation. The size of Trenches are as under: (a,b,c) a) Size of Cable trench 75 x 60 cm

b) Size of Cable trench 55 x 50 cm

c) Size of Cable trench 35 x 30 cm

Cleaning and repairing of drainage system in 400 kV switch yard including repairing of damage plaster and brick work 1:4 cement and coarse sand all T&P material (Brick, Cement, Sand) and labour for completion of work provided by the contractor (Slop required for water drainage maintain)
