Scarifying or picking gravelled,macadam or bitumious macadam exc. 50mm and n exc 100 mm deep surfaces in area n exc 400 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick WBM (compacted thickness) with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mmsize) or grading 3 (50mm to 20mm size) granite, trap or basalt, spread , rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, sweeping with brooms and finally the fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer (VG-10 Grade) at the rate of 7.5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam using 4% paving bitumen of any penetration laid/ rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces of roads by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen primer 80/100 (VG-10) grade at 2.5 Kg/10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour bituminous premix ashphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen 60/70 (VG 30) grade laid by mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by 8-10 Ton vibro roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparing the road side berms, removing vegetation, loose spoils, spreading avg 75mm thick moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for road line marking painting (Reflective) exc 0.1 m and n exc 0.5 m wide with thermoplastic componant with reflective glass beads on bituminous road and laying with hot applied thermoplastic componant 2.5 mm thick including reflective glass beads @ 250 gm per sqm area, applied glass beads as per IRC 35. The finish surface are to be levelled uniformly and free from sheaks and holes as per relevant clauses of section 800. In addition where arrows or letter are to be provided thermoplastic compound may be hard sprayed. Contractor had to use approved make of paints, white and yellow colour complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cat eye, solar cat eye, traffic convex mirror and tubular dealineator any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.
