Demolition of old primary block of PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 1, Naval Base Kochi, Kataribagh, Ernakulam, Kerala.

Dismantling & Demolition including disposal of unserviceable material and credit of serviceable material of distressed/ Dilapidated old Primary Block of KV NO. 1 Naval Base, Kataribagh as per prevalent norms at approved C& D waste management site. Demolition of RCC framed structure (G+1) with brick masonry walls in cement mortar, RCC slab and Asbestos cement sheet roofing supported on structural steel truss and rafters at First Floor, Country wood doors and windows, cement concrete flooring etc. Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials from the site by mechanical means, including all operation i.e. leveling, dressing, loading, transporting, unloading at approved municipal dumping ground/low lying areas of school campus and consolidating with road roller including making good undulation etc all complete, for all leads and lifts involved, as per direction of Engineer - in-charge. (Bid is for exclusive of land below & surrounding of the buildings). Approximate Plinth area of distressed/ dilapidated buildings is 990 Sqm

Credit/Deduct of all serviceable materials obtained from the Dismantling and Demolition of distressed/dilapidated old primary block of KV etc all complete , for all leads and lifts involved, as per direction of Charge in Charge (Bid is for exclusive of land below & surrounding of the buildings). Note : The removal of these dismantled materials shall be carried out only upon completion of the entire demolition process and with the prior approval of the Engineer-in-Charge.
