RequiredAccount Payee Demand draft/Insurance Surety Bonds/Fixed Deposit Receipt/ Bankers Cheque or Bank Guarantee (for balance amount as prescribed) from any of the Commercial Bank against EMD as prescribed.
RequiredCopy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (including NIT issuing EE).The EMD receiving Executive Engineer (including NIT issuing EE) shall issue a receipt of deposition of earnest money deposit to the bidder in a prescribed format, up loaded by tender inviting EE in the NIT (Form C at Page No. 7)
RequiredUnder taking for site inspection (intending bidder must upload undertaking that they have inspected and examine the site and its surrounding before submitting their bids. (at Page No. 8)
RequiredFor participation of CPWD Enlisted Contractors, copy of CPWD enlistment order issued by the competent authority
RequiredFor participation of non-enlisted CPWD contractor/agency/firm, copy of experience certificate / completion certificate issued from the Govt. Department for similar nature (dismantling of building) of work executed.
RequiredGST registration certificate as applicable, if already obtained by the bidder.
RequiredIf the bidder has not obtained GST registration as applicable, then he shall scan and upload (Form G at Page No. 9).
