Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 305.1 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm one hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering or as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Preparation and surface treatment of formation by removing mud and slurry, watering to the extent needed to maintain the desired moisture content, trimming to the required line, grade, profile and rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5.5.1 & as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded materials (Grading-I) spreading in uniform layer with tractor mount grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller 8-10 (Eight to ten) tonne capacity to achieve the desired density complete as per M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 401 and as per directions of Engineer-in charge within all leads,lifts of materials and other incidentals.The rate including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, Sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations for all types of structure complete of plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement :Three sand :Six graded crushed /broken stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty Milimeters) nominal and below size in or under water including curing complete, pumping or bailing out water ,dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrisen at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work, as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 or as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads , lifts and other incidentals .The rate including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, Sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm (hundred millimeters into hundred millimeters ) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg ( forty kilogram) each in toe walls as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications Clause 1301 and as per direction of the Engineer- In –Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental.The rate including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, Sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure for all type of structure complete using RCC grade M-25 design mix with cement concrete not les than 400 kg (four hundred kilograme) per cubic metre with 20mm (twenty millimetre ) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate and curing complete in or under water including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work in abutments as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specificationas per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 ans 1204 & as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete in super structure as per drawing and M.O.R.D.. technical specification section 1205.4 and 1205.5 using R.C.C. grade M-25 ( twenty five) design mix with cement concrete not les than 400 kg (four hundred kilograme) per cubic metre with 20mm (twenty millimetre ) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate and curing complete including cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in deck slab and to the entire satisfaction and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads , lifts and other incidentals . Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 1.2-1.5 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, Sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 to 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared non-bituminous surfaces (cement concrete pavement) cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 & as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing laying and rolling by mechnical means of open grades premix carpet of 20mm ( twenty millimeter) thickness composed of 13.2mm ( thirteen decimal two millimeter) and 11.20 ( eleven decimal two zero millimeter) aggregate mixed in the ratio 2:1 (two is to one) and @ 0.27 cum (zero decimal twenty seven cubic metres ) mixed with bitumen VG-10 (ten) @ 14.60 kg (fourteen point six zero kilogram) per ten square meter of road surface, laid to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including heating binder and aggregate in hot mix plant 30/40 ton capacity per hour transporting mixed material with tippers and laying with pavers finisher to the required grade and camber and rolling with a three Wheel 80-100 KN static road roller to required level and grade as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 508 and as per directions of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate size 53mm to 22.4mm ( fifty three millimeter to twenty two point four millimeter) Grading-III 75mm (seventy five millimetre) thickness to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimetre) nominal size at the rate of 0.18 cum (zero point eighteen cubic metre) per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405 and as per directions of Engineer - in- Charge including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental complete in all respect. Providing and laying ( to level or slope) 900mm dia (nine hundred millimetre) reinforced cement concrete heavy duty non pressure pipes IS Class pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1106 and as per direction of Engineer - in- Charge including carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain or reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 110mm (one hundred ten millimeter) dia P.V.C. pipe having preessure not less than 4.5 Kg (four decimal five) per sqm. extending through the full width of the structures with slope of I (v): 20(H) towards drainage face complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D.technical specification clauses 1206.6,709 & 1204.3.7 including hauling /carriage of materials to various location through all modes of transportation with in all leads, lifts and other incidental or as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
