TENDER FOR REWINDING OF HT MOTORS

REWINDING OF 3.3 KV HT MOTOR (NGEF MAKE 690KW, 3000 RPM). Checking the stator core winding and replacement of all damaged stator core, stampings, formings and shapings (as per design) of copper coils that are super enameled ,double fibre glass covered, bonded pure electrolytic grade copper, insulating the coil with F class insulations. The core portion with samica therm and evolute with samica flex thermal bounding as per the original specification . Stator should be varnished with epoxy gel coat red. Rewound motor should be tested certified for insulation resistance, high voltage and surge, no load trail run at rated voltage of 3.3KV and all measurements at no load with test certificate should be submitted with motor.
