Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L filling PCC type D2 1:5:10 (40 mm graded stone aggr) as in sunken floor after applying appropriate treatment to side walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement plaster 1:3 with WPC on vertical sides and floor of sunken incl finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.200 litre per bag of 50 Kg of cement in sub based of floor tiles in toilets omplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M& L complete preparation of efforescence or wetted internal wall surface using wire brush to remove all the loose laittence & wash with clean water and applying crack filling as directed on site wet the wall prior to over coating brush apply 1 primer coat of Dr fixit Primeseal & allow to dry for 4 hours , apply damp proof coating Dr fixit Damp guard, Blend a mixture of Dr Fixit damp guard & water in the ratio 1:1:1(Base: Hardner: Water) & brush apply 2 coat over the plastered surface in a span of 4 hrs, over coat of walls with the suitable protective (decorative) coating complete all as specified and directed Make : Dr Fixit or techno commercially Equivalent product complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons , dado including backing coat etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Non skid Ceramic coloured Joint free tiles of 7-8mm thick (area of each tile exceeding 0..06 Sqm but n.exc. 0.11 Sqm) as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick bedding layering cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Glazed ceramic tiles, coloured (light colour as approved), of size 450X 350X 7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc set and jointed in cement slurry over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L 20mm thick Granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, incl 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Moulding to Granite(single or double) slab including rounding off edges for 20 mm thick slabs including grinding and polishing all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick as in vertical partition, pillar laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls incl raking out joints hacking for key, scrubing down with water etc. all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:6 on fair faces incl finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on the external surfaces of brick work/Stone or concrete surface finishing fair and even without using extra cement.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall incl sweeping clean with brush to remove loose dust, sand, etc and applying two coats of heavy duty waterproofing coat (Dr Fixit Wounderproof-1 or techo commercial equivalent product of specified make) by mixing water @ 25-30% to make slurry coating and allow 4 to 6 hrs time for drying up of first coat before application of second coat in perpendicular direction of first coat and further left to dry for 4 hrs (APP Membrane :- STP Ltd/ Texsa India Ltd/ IWL Ltd/ Tiki Tech/ Asian & Waterproofing Chemicals:- M/S ChokseyChemicals,M/S AppurvaIndia Ltd,Bostick India Ltd,Stp Ltd, M/s Maruti) complete all as specified and directed as per manufacturer instructions all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
