FIRE ALARM SYSTEM
AMC includes testing of entire fire alarm system during site visit,bi-monthly(Details work are listed below) General servicing of manual call point include cleaning,checking etc General servicing of hooter including cleaning,changing of speaker(if necessary) General servicing of fire alarm panel including cleaning,checking General servicing&stickering of ABC fire extinguisher 9Kg General servicing&stickering of CO2 fire extinguisher 4.5Kg General servicing&checking of PA system including speaker,talk back unit etc General servicing&checking of LED singlaes including replacement of SMPS
Terms and Conditions 1. Every break down calls will be attended with in 48 hours 2. AMC does not include replacement of major components like hydrant valve,hose reel,hydrant leg,fire hose,pumps,oil,coolent oil filter,diesel,battery detectors,valves,panel,box,fire hose,branch pipe,MCP,hooter etc it will be on client scope 3. AMC does not include refilling of fire extinguisher,any found refilling it will be charged extra 4.Payment-50% against work order,balance against last visit 5. Validity of this offer will be one month
