REPAIR TO JOINERY, PLUMBING WORK, TILING, PLASTERING, BRICK WORK ETC IN CERTAIN BUILDINGS AT OMQ AND CL AREA AT AFS BAREILLY UNDER GE (AF) BAREILLY

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris from site to outside MoD Land.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in plinth protection laid in bay not exc 3 sqm each finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement with and including all necessary form work to divide the area in panels, finishing exposed edges fair or rounding of chamfeing where directed and providing 6 mm wide joints through out the thickness of plinth protection duly filled with mastic filling (one part of hot bitume 85 / 25 and three of fine sand by weight) all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on concrete or brick masonry surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc to receive plaster all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surface including finishing surface even and fair without using extra cement including mixing water proofing compound all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with liquid WPC on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finished fair and even surface without using extra cement on wall at height from 3.0m to 10.0 mtr including necessary steel scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. [Note for item No. 5.00 & 6.00: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only ]

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) in patches of area not exc 5 Sqm each on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in ceiling including finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coats of cement based paint complete all as specified.
