Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, pedestal of electric poles and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Volume of pole/strut embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

M&L for cutting of existing road for removing / laying UG Cables/ pipe line, depth of cutting not exceeding 60cm and width 45cm and filling the trench of road i.e. excluding top 20cm with existing aggregate obtained from cutting, watered and properly rammed to satisfaction of EIC and finally provide with & including 20 cm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate to entire width of trench & finally match the top surface to road & disposal of debris to a distance not exceeding 250 metre and depositing where directed complete all as directed.

M&L for filling approved dry river sand for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable and punning to 18 cm total thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Approved dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

Taking down carefully old existing HT PCC Cable Cover of Class EHV / HVP / HV of any type & size complete all as specified & as directed.

Laying only HT PCC cable covers of any type & size for protection of UG electric cables in trenches, obtained serviceable from serial item No. 7 here-in-above, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class HV, Type-1, Flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40mm in trenches for cable protection, embossed with "ELECTRIC" on the top surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully old existing LT PCC Cable Cover of Class LV of any type & size complete all as specified & as directed.

Laying only LT PCC cable covers of any type & size for protection of UG electric cables in trenches, obtained serviceable from serial item No. 10 here-in-above, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type-1, Flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for protection of underground cable in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying/fixing 50 mm bore high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 with all fittings, laid in trenches, under floors or roads/ along poles etc for protection of electric cables, fixed in repairs, complete all as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 100mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls etc with required size of flat iron (minimum 25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of HT/LT electric cable including taking down old unserviceable protection pipe with clamps complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 11000 Volt (Earthed) grade of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 Core (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable HT cable, complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection covers, protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Disconnecting/ Taking out the existing transformer of the capacity upto 400 kVA from site for repairing and transporting to workshop for servicing and repairing including loading, unloading and handling to carry out the necessary repairs and refixing the same after & including checking of all parts for repair/ replacement, repairing, installation, testing and commissioning at its original/ new location, decanting the transformer oil, etc, for smooth functioning, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :- (i) Necessary spare parts required replacement shall be replaced only after prior inspection & approval of Engineer-in-Charge and replacement shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule. (ii) Unit rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to include for minor spares/extras. The decision of Accepting officer regarding minor spares/extras shall be final, conclusive and binding. (iii) All T&P & transportation shall be arranged by contractor and rates for the same shall deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Rewinding of coils all as per its original specifications by new copper conductor and with HT/ LT necessary insulation materials.

Replacement of HT 11 KV bushing assembly with brass terminal, neoprene rubber gasket and washers etc complete with accessories for transformer of capacity upto 400 KVA.

Replacement of LT bushing assembly with brass terminal, neoprene rubber gasket and washers etc complete with accessories for transformer of capacity upto 400 KVA.

Supply and filling new Transformer oil up to conservator level marking as per IS-335 having dielectric strength not less than 40 kV at 2.5mm gap complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Electrol, Power Oil, Indian Oil, Savita or equivalent as approved by GE. Note : Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed barrels with test certificate. Cost of barrel shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor and empty barrel will be the property of the Department and same shall be deposited to the AGE E/M Store Yard. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Replacement of Silica Gel blue in crystal in existing transformer breathers for transformer of capacity upto 400 KVA.

Replacement of HT 11 KV off-load Tap changing assembly complete for transformer of capacity upto 400 KVA.

M&L for preparation of external surfaces of distribution transformer of capacity upto 400 KVA including cleaning and removing oil spots from the body and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) of approved tint with gun sprayer including marking of SM/MES No etc. on transformer with synthetic enamel paint (white) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for filtration / dehydration of old/existing transformer oil including topping up of transformer oil as required in the transformers of different capacity, installed at various locations with suitable capacity of filtration machine to achieve dielectric strength minimum 60 KV complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) All necessary T&P / testing equipment shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. No extra payment shall be made to the contractor. (ii) New Transformer Oil required for topping up shall be paid for separately under relevant item of this Schedule.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces by cleaning, removing rust, grease and apply one coat of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved tint (Spray painting outside /inside surfaces) by removing and re-fitting of switch gears/ busbar of the feeder pillar box/ LT Panels Outdoor/ Indoor type of any size complete with prior permission of Engineer in Charge. Base frame shall be painted with Black synthetic enamel paint and including writing the SM No. / MES No. on Panel/ Feeder pillar box in white synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F locking arrangement with MS aldrop bolt set (mild steel sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet) complete of size 225 mm to existing feeder pillar box by welding including taking down old worn out locking arrangement complete all as specified.

M&L for galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead buried in ground / fixed on wall with suitable porcelain insulators including taking out existing GI strip complete all as specified and as directed.
