Surface excavation in soft/ loose soil n. exc 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n exc 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for 50 mm thick Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded agg) as in sub base/sub floor/floor & paving etc all as specified.

M&L For mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L For Reinforcement cement concrete with nominal mix 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregates) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Antistatic mastic flooring. M&L for laying of mastic flooring as per IS 1195/1196 on concrete surface of RCC including hacking and cleaning the surface and laying mastic flooring in Grade IV with thickness 25mm. The Quality of bitumen is as per IS 702, Coarse aggregate, Fine aggregate & lime stone powder shall confirm to IS 1195-96. The proportion of mixing of bitymen, lime stone powder, coarse & fine aggregate confirm to IS 1195-96 including providing all necessary equipments. Thickness of mastic flooring work of 25mm.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L Rendering cement plaster, 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated etc) sheets in roofs incl ridge, complete all as specified.

S & F Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an coulour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.
