Repair & Painting works : Stair room of QAM & Main Entrance area (Ground Floor) of Wing No.IV (near Scooter shed) at ICAR-CIFT, Kochi: Ceiling & beam plastering/concrete filling with cement mortar 1:3, including scafolding charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, curing & labour charges etc complete: Area 2m2

Wall painting with good quality interior emulsion paint (Asian or burger)of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :two or more coat. Including necessary sCrapping, primer, putty etc.complete. Area 200m2

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to given an even shade : One or more coats for doors of size 1mx2.1m

Polishing wooden glazed doors Including cost of necessary scrapping/wax etc. complete. Door size-3mx2.5m (Glazed door)

Aluminium Partition & Table works for MFB Lab: (1) Aluminium door work with powder coated aluminium section (3nos) using available materilas and providing necessary sections/glass/novapan board etc, dismantling and re arranging aluminium partitions 3nos- 2.4m x 3.3m height , including dismantling parapet brick wall 1m height, new wall tile fixing (1m2), 3nos door closers for doors, door stopers, hinges etc. complete. (2) Novopan board fixing for walls opening closing withf 9mm thick laminated board 2.4m x 0.6m. (3) Providing table with granite top & bottom shleves- 1no- 1.8m x 0.6m using black granite top with all round edge moulding, GI square tube legs 2" x 2", 1/2" marine plywood 2nos 1.8m x 0.6m for resting granite & for shelf platform at centre of table , rectangle sections for top out side and square sectiond at middle- 2" x 1" all round, 1" 1" GI square support at 40cm c/c at top, PVC shutters for bottom shelves & side closing with handle, magnet etc. (4) Providing table with granite top & bottom shleves- 1no- 1.2m x 0.6m using black granite top with all round edge moulding, GI square tube legs 2" x 2", 1/2" marine plywood 2nos 1.8m x 0.6m for resting granite & for shelf plat form at centre of table , rectangle sections for top out side and square sectiond at middle- 2" x 1" all round, 1" 1" GI square support at 40cm c/c at top, PVC shutters for bottom shelves & side closing with handle, magnet etc. (5) Shoe rack- 1no with marine plywood 1/2" thick with double side laminated board (Grey colour) of size 0.6m x 0.6m x 0.3m- with two racks (6) Wall panelling with 1/2" thick marine plywood with one side grey laminated with necessary wooden reepers- 2.4m x 0.4m (7)Supplying and fixing ICAR & CIFT logo sticker for front gless of MFB Division.

Shelves for Store Room & Table with Granite Top for B&N Division at ICAR-CIFT, Kochi: Side tables with bottom shelves - 6 x 0.6 m with black granite top (Edge moulding) RCC slab thick 7.5cm, 15cm thick wall supports 120 cm c/c including plastering and vitrified tiles for all support walls. Bottom shelves using powder coated aluminium section for frame and shutters (6 x 0.75m height), door shutters using hylem sheet & necessary handles, magnet catcher and horizontal partition of shelf with 16mm thick double side laminated marine plywood with necessary supports etc. complete.

Providng 1" thick precast RCC slab 1:1.5:3 using babay metal & 1"x1" steel square mesh for rack 9 nos x 7mx0.5m width, including 10cm thick support walls 120cm centre to centre with palstering, apply putty for all racks 7 brick support walls, applying one coat cement primer & two coat interior emulsion paint.

Wall & ceiling painting using interior emulsion 2 coat with putty work inlcuding necessary primer for store room (60m2), enamel painht for 3 windows & re-plastering works of damamged wall including dismantling damamged plastering area etc., complete.
