Plastering in C.M. 1 : 5 to (One Cement, Five Sand) 12 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement which will be purchared locally by the contractor and conveyance of the same to the actual work site and cost form work including watering curing and all leads of good potable water and all other.

Supply and Fixing in Position of R.C.C.Jali ( Made of RCC 1 : 11/2 : 3 (One Cement one point five sand three aggregates) using 20mm gauge hard Granite broken stone jelly) 50mmtk including errecting centering for Sides and Soffits and conveyance of all material to site and all other labour charges for fixing etc., Complete.

Finishing the Floor with Ceramic Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm of approved quality as Instructed by the Engineer incharge and set in Cement mortor 1:3 (1 of cement 3 of sand) 20mm thick using river sand including all cost of labour and all cost of materials etc Complete complying with standard Specifications.

Dadooing Walls with Following Best Approved Quality, White / Colour Glazed Tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and Fixing of Bison panel Door 16mm thick including all Labour Charges for wrought and Put up in position and also fixing hold fasts in frames and masonry etc., Complete Complying with Standard Specifications.

Supply and Fixing in position best quality of approved make Indian Water closet of size 580 x 440 mm with all accessories such as 'P' trap or S trap confirming to IS 2556 part XII with sand cusion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm levelling course 1:4:8 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including necessary internal connection and outlet connection and making the distrubed potion to original condition without leakage etc., including Labour charges for fixing etc.,

( The Colour and shade of the paint shall be got approved by the departmental officers.)

Painting New iron works such as Steel Doors, Windows, Ventilators,Window Bars, Balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
