Providing and Fixing Mosquito net and Birds protection net for new AAI Residential Colony at Trichy Airport.

Providing and fixing Fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5 mm dia. wire and 1.4mm wide aperture with stainless steel mosquito net with powder coated aluminium section of 50*25*2mm (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) in the frame work of window and powder coated aluminium section of size of 25*12*2mm (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) in frame work of shutter and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required diameter and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc at all heights with required scoffolding/ ladders in all buildings. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing bird protection net of Garware make or equivalent,having 2.5 mm thick twine with 40 mm × 40 mm mesh (aperture) in approved colour. The net shall be provided with 3 mm diameter braided border rope and securely fixed using aluminium powder-coated beading, GI hooks, stainless steel fasteners, anchor bolts, 6 mm drilling, plastic gattas, nylon ties, and all other necessary accessories to ensure a firm and durable installation.at all heights with required scoffolding/ ladders in all buildings. The work shall include cutting, stretching, tensioning, fixing, and making good the disturbed surfaces, complete in all respects, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Aluminium beading shall be measured separately)

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel (SS 316 Grade) anti-bird spikes of size 12 inches (300 mm) long × 1.5 inches (38 mm) wide, with a spike height of 4 inches (100 mm) from the base to the tip, for preventing bird nesting and roosting on building ledges, beams, parapet walls, signboards, ducts, pipes, cable trays, and other suitable locations at all heights with required scoffolding/ ladders in all buildings. The spikes shall be manufactured from corrosion-resistant SS 316 stainless steel and securely fixed using stainless steel screws and all necessary accessories as required. The work shall include cleaning the surface, proper alignment, complete installation, and all incidental works, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing aluminium powder-coated beading of approved section, 38 mm (1.5") wide × 6 mm thick, with a minimum powder coating thickness of 50 microns, along walls, beams, columns, parapets, and other required locations for securing and protecting bird netting. The beading shall be of approved quality and securely fixed using stainless steel screws, anchor fasteners, and all other necessary fixing accessories to ensure firm anchorage and a neat, durable finish at all heights with required scoffolding/ ladders in all buildings. The work shall include measuring, cutting, drilling, fitting, alignment, making necessary holes, surface preparation, making good any damages after installation, and completion of the work in all respects, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
