Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Capabilities of Vendor

The bidder shall be a manufacturer/authorized/supplier of pipes. Relevant documents shall be furnished as a proof.

Others -- Relavant document shall be furnished

The bidder shall have supplied the GI/ERW pipes for Rs.50.00 Lakhs and above to any thermal power plants/steel plant/cement companies etc, and shall furnish single/multiple Purchase Order copy/s (not more than two) as a proof issued by Chief Engineer/Project head/Competent authority.

Others -- Satisfactorily supplied past PO copies

Others

The bidder shall have achieved in his name/firm an average annual turnover of Rs. 100.00 lakhs in at least two financial years in previous five years i.e.,2025-26, 2024-25, 2023-24, 2022-23, & 2021-22. As a proof of this the bidder shall furnish Annual Turnover Certificate / Profit & Loss statement duly certified by a chartered accountant.
