Sch 'A' Part- VIII (MISCELLANEOUS) Note : This schedule is not pre priced by MES and the pre priced rate indicated as "Rs. 0.00" under Col.5 signifies this fact only.

Boring for cast-in-situ bored under reamed piles of 500mm dia to any depth through any type of soil/strata by DMC method using bentonite slurry including removal of bored materials to place outside MD land all as specified and as directed Note:-The rate shall include mobilisation,erection,dismantling and demobilisation of equipment for pile boring including all labours and material. Nothing extra shall be payable for mobilisation of equipment seperately.

Material and labour for RCC with ready mix concrete(RMC) M30 grade in cast in situ bored pile with minimum cement content 400kg/cum of any length/any sections complete all as specified and as shown on drg including non destructive integrity test on all pile as per IS 2911 part IV. Note:-(i) Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items

Material and labour for TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for bored piles of any length and any dia all as shown on drgs including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Providing TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 10mm dia and over for grade beam/tie beams and pile caps of any length and any dia all as shown on drgs including cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Material and labour for TMT bars (CRS/HCRM/CRM) in reinforcement 5mm dia and over up to and including 16mm dia confirming to IS-1786 as in Helical/stirups for pile cut to length, bend to required shape, cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

All as per item No 19 above but 5mm dia and over up to & including 12 mm dia as in helicals of pile reinforcement including rings and necessary tack welding to pile reinforcement at all points of contacts.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for concrete layer below pile caps/grade beams and foundation complete all as specified and shown on drgs.

Providing testing equipment & load and testing of 500mm dia bored pile for DMC pile (Initial Load test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.

Conducting standard penetration test all as per IS-2131 at levels and locations as directed for 500mm dia cast in situ bored piles all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep or area not exceeding 10 sqm on plan in soft/loose soil including bailing out/pumping out water on account of spring/rain or any other causes using any method as required and as directed by Engr-in-Charge for pile caps/plinth beams,raft foundation etc all as specified and shown on drawings.

Returning filling in around pile cap, plinth beams, raft foundation etc using excavated soil including spreading levelling and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m deposited whereever directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above starting point .

Formwork to sides of pile caps , grade beams rough finished surface of concrete flat all as specified .

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION: Material nd labour for concealed point wiring with 1.5Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded single core copper conductor FRLS, ISI marked cable rigid, non metallic, ISI Marked PVC conduit and all accessories, including suitable module modular white cover plate with frame & Modular metal flush box, 1.5Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded single core copper conductor FRLS, ISI marked cable as earth continuity conductor, cutting chasis, and making good disturbed surfaces etc complete for one light point controlled by one switch all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Decorative Ultra slim linear 20W, 4 feet LED lighting fixture with extruded Aluminium heat sink, environmental friendly, energy efficient prewird with lamp, AC, 230V, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix Energy saving new generation long life ersalite pressure die cast aluminium IP 66 luminaire (security light) with high power LED 25W, 5000K complete with GI medium grade tube bracket of suitable dia and length as required at site fixed to wall with suitable MS clamps and single core multistranded copper conductor cable of 1.5Sqmm from ceiling rose/connector to fitting complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Sheet metal enclosure distribution board VTPN DB (vertical DB) 415 V, AC, 4 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar suitable for MCCB 4 pole as incomer and MCB SP/TP as outgoing having protection IP 43 double door type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCCB 4 pole 100 A, 415 Volts AC, wth adjustable thermal and magnetic setting of breaking capacity 25 KA all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCB SP 6 to 32 A, AC, 230V, 10KA all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCB double pole (DP) 20 A, AC, 230V, 10KA as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of new plastered external wall surface and applying two coats of anti fungal paint over a coat of suitable primer over a coat of sealent base coat complete all specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

External Electrification:-Supply, spreading and levelling riddled soil as earth cushioning to LT cable by using IS seive to seperate the composite/roots etc and refilling spreading in trenches as cushioning and rammed down to form a solid bed all as specified and directed at site. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

Supply, lay and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 3.5 core 35Sqmm all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning L.T panel board suitable for 415 Volts, 3 Phase 4 Wire, 50 Hz AC Supply System Outdoor type floor mounting along with factory made type panel weather proof, vermin proof, fully ventilated and fabricated out of MS CRCA sheet of 3 mm thick having aluminium bus bar of rating 200 Amps, three phase and one neutral fixed on insulator and bus bar insulated by coloured heat shrinkable sleeves. The panel shall be front and having inner & outer shells. The inner shell duly compartmented for each control gear, including Power coating internally and externally the entire steel surfaces. All the cover shall be provided with suitable locking arrangements.The panel shall mounted on PCC platform 60 cm height from Grounf level with and including PCC 1:3:6 complete with the following:-.

Incoming MCCB 100 A 4 pole, 415V, 50Hz with breaking capacity 35KA, O/C and Earth Fault protection(E/F) complete with CT's, MFM for volt, Amps, KWH, PF - 01 set. Outgoing TPN MCCB 63A 415V, 50Hz with breaking capacity 25KA, O/C and E/F protection, - 02 No ( for cold storage + spare ) . MCB 20A SPN , 415V, 50Hz with breaking capacity 10KA - 02 No (for building light + spare) .

Supply and install , testing and commissioning of diesel engine driven generating set with AMF PANEL panel capacity 32KW / 40KVA with water cooled engine of suitable BHP for 32 KW power generation @ RPM 1500, brushless frame with silencer and Canopy for sound less mode (sound level not exceeding level specified by central pollution control board) and all engine accessories such as self starter, alternator/dynamo and 32 kW/40 kVA electric alternator, 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire,50 Hz, Voltage Regulation ± 15, Insulation class H coupled to engine with suitable coupling and base frame on foundation as recommended by the manufacturer and consisting of other electrical components, fuel tank capacity as per OEM recommendations with level indicator installed on suitable steel frame with PCC foundation as per manufacturers instructions, Power Command genset Controller, fuel pipes, Dual spin on fuel filter, Dritype Aircleaner, Shutt off coil with safeties for LLOP/HWT , fuel pipes , bar metre, hour meter , oil temperature gauges, ammeter, ignition switch, radiator with cooling fan, maintanance free battery battery, including suitable size of copper cable leads with terminals, all mountings ,accessories and necessary foundation and AVM pads complete as per manufacurers recommendations and to the satisfaction of GE.

(A) PRIME MOVER :- Suitable for driving 32KW/40 KVA alternator Liquid cooled battery start diesel Engine of adequate capacity BHP and fuel tank suitable for 12 hrs running capacity mounted on MS frame pedestal supported with anti-vibration mounting rated for continuous running capable of taking 10% over load for one hr in any 12 hrs operaton complete with the following standard accessories :- a)Fly wheel to match with the flexible coupling. b)Flexible coupling wih guard c)Air cleaner oil bath type / dry type d)Lubricating oil filter, fuel filter paper element type e)Blower type fan and radiator f)Governor for class "A" Goverming as per IS-1601 of DS 649/1958 g) Starter. Motor for electric start complete with dynamo altermator, lead acid batteries heavy duty of capacity 12 V 90 Ah or as per OEM recommendations, Nos & capacity as required with copper conductor leads of adequate size and length not less than 2 M including battery box all as directed. h) Hour meter and RPM indicator j) Exhaust pipe brought outside the building and lagging of entire length of exhaust pipe with 12 mm dia.

k) Instrument panel duly wired comprising the following including protection for low lub oils high temperature :- i) Lube oil pressure gauge ii) Battery change indicator meter iii) Starting switch with key iv) Lub oil temperature v) Engine temperature indicator

(B) ALTERNATOR : 32KW/40 KVA at 0.8 PF Brushless self excited, self regulaed 3 phase 50 Hz 415 V 1500 RPM 4 wire screen protected drip proof free from simulation problems continuous rating confirming to BS 2613 complete with automatic voltage regulator O/P voltage regulated between +/- 1% or set voltage from no load to full load. (c) Acoustic Enclosure :- Acoustic enclosure shall be powder coated and fabricated as per CPCB-II norms as per CPCB-II norms as amended upto date, sound level 75 dB (A) at 1 mtr from enclosure in free field conditions as per ISO 8528.The emission from DG set shall not exceed the limits set by CPCB norms and the environment protection third amendment rules 2013, issued by Ministry of Environment and Forest GoI amended upto date. (d) AUTOMATIC MAINS FAILURE PANEL :- AMF panel for 32KW/40 KVA DG Set fabricated out of sheet steel factory made suitable for floor mounting hinged from panel for easy asessibility with suitable rated bus bar internal wiring and with provision for connecting incomming/outgoing leads with the folowing accessories :-

Note: i) any fittings/fixtures which are necessary for properfunctioning of the DG set shall also be deemed include in the unit rate quoted and shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the Deptt. (ii) Necessary foundation for installation of DG set shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations and cost deemed to be inclusive in the rate quoted for this item. (iii) All testing equipments, POL are to be arranged by the contractor and testing shall be carried out by the contractor in presence of Engr-in-Charge and testing result duly signed by the Engr-in-charge and the contractor shall be kept in Record. (iv) Rate quoted by the contractor including the rate of first filling of lubricating oil, Coolant and duct with wooden cover from DG set to AMF Panel. AMF panel must be out side the canopy. (v) Drawings/catalog for DG Set and AMF panel got approved from the GE before ordering to the manufacturer.

Design, Supply , Installation, testing and Commissioning of walk in Cold room of each size 3.6X2.55X2.44 metre, Total 06 Nos including common ante room of size 1.66 X 14.70 X 2.44 metre made from SS304 grade of thickness 0.5 mm (minimum)sheet inside and out side filled with 60mm pufff thickness.Floor shall be 60mm puff slab with tarfelt civil works with kotta stone. The units shalll be non CFC refrigerant suitable to maintain temperature 4+/-2 degree centigrade operating on 230V/1 ph/50Hz. Each room shall have separate indoor and outdoor units with 100% standby (6 Nos Working + 6 Nos standby =Total 12 Nos of indoor & outdoor units) capable to store 10 tonnage vegitable/ fruits/food material including SS rack as per dimension given below all as directed. Contrctor shall submit design/het lod clculation detil including GA drwing for approvl by Accepting Officer. Detailed specification of item are as under:-
