Design, Fabrication, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 30 Mtr High Mast Systems with light fittings suitable to illuminate the new apron of area 53,100 sq mtrs approx.( 450 mtr X 118 mtr) for achieving an average illumination level of 20 lux and with all accessories suitable to install Lumiaires in asymetrical arrangemnent. Mast shaft shall be in three section, and made of S 355 grade as per BS-EN 10025, hot dip Galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3. The system shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, SS Wire rope 6mm dia (7/19 construction), Trailing Cable, Double drum and double winch, Galvanised Lantern carriage arrangement suitable for Luminaires & its controlgear boxes as per detailed design and lightning finial and carrying out the following jobs, confirming to tender specifications complete as required. a) Construction of suitable shallow foundation with 1:2:4 concrete for the high mast (for safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sq.mtr at 2 metre depth) including breaking the existing PCC foundation of thickness 200mm with all materials and labour etc., as required (b) Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates. (c) Supply and laying of 2runs of Power supply trailing cable of ERP insulated PCP sheathed 5CX2.5Sqmm, providing and fixing of, Junction Box in the Lantern carraige,connectors etc. (d) Integral motor powered winch for lowering and raising operation of lantern carriage installed inside the base compartment along with mechanical tripping facility and manual handle. (e) Erection of the 30 Meter High Mast with the help of suitable equipments and installation of required luminaires with all wiring materials and labour as required. (f)SITC of LED luminarie of having minimum lumenous efficacy not less than 110 lumen/Watt with 50000 burning hours for achieving uniform illumination with an average lux level of 20 lux in the new apron of area 53,194 sq mtrs (450.8 mtr X 118 mtr) suitable to operate on 230V, 50Hz, with luminaries housing of pressure die-cast aluminium alloy, with IP 65 protection etc., complete as required. (g) Installation of twin dome aviation obstruction light (Note: High mast feeder panel is not included in this item)

Mast shaft shall be in three section, and made of S 355 grade as per BS-EN 10025, hot dip Galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3. The system shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, SS Wire rope 6mm dia (7/19 construction), Trailing Cable, Double drum and double winch, Galvanised Lantern carriage arrangement suitable for Luminaires & its controlgear boxes as per detailed design and lightning finial. Supply of 4.0 Core X 16 Sq.mm XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed, armoured, aluminium conductor under ground cable of 1.1KV grade as per IS 7098:1988 Part-I with upto date amendments complete as required.
Supply of 3.5 Core X 185 Sq.mm XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed, armoured, aluminium conductor under ground cable of 1.1KV grade as per IS 7098:1988 Part-I with upto date amendments complete as required.
Supply of 24 Core X 2.5 sq.mm copper conductor control cables, XLPE insulated, cores laid up, PVC innersheather, armoured (Glavanised wire for cables up to 10X1.5sq.mm, 8X2.5sq.mm, balance all galvanised steel strip), Extruded PVC type ST2 outer sheathed, 650/1100V grade as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988 with upto date amendments complete as required.
Supplying and laying of 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.
Supplying and laying of 90 mm dia (OD-90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal) DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.
Providing, laying and fixing 50 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.l. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ sub main wiring/ cable as required.
