Design, Erection & Decoration of temporary stalls for State wide MSME Trade & Commerce Conclave, 2023 Component of works: a. Erection of Temporary Boundary wall/ Masking around the Expo Ground (with Ply board on the front side & CGI Sheet on remaining sides) with collapsible Entry & Exit Gates. b. Design, Erection & Decoration of the front fascia & welcome gate made out of ply board, thermocol, bamboo, multicolored flex etc c.Construction of temporary Stalls of size 10 ft x 10 ft for MSMEs (approx. 100 Nos) of Aluminium cubicles (octonorm) with wooden flooring, Carpeting & Cloth Ceiling below water proof roof, Printing & Installation of the stall name & no. of the unit in the stall fascia, providing two Counter, Two Chairs, Six Display racks in 3 walls, Three Spotlights and One Plug point. d. Construction of temporary Stage (20’x40’) and hall (40’x80’) for Inauguration & valedictory Program with provision for VIP Sitting Room along with toilet & Pantry with store. For audience 20 sofa set and 250 chairs shall also be provided e. Construction of temporary Training Hall 2 (two) nos. of size 400 sq.ft. each including table, chair etc. sufficient light and sound system should also be provided. f. Construction of temporary Seminar hall of size 600 sq.ft. with all facilities including projector and screen. g. Construction of temporary office room of 400 sq.ft. with two sets of Sofa , centre table, sufficient chairs and table, lighting, toilet facility, pantry etc. h. Construction of temporary dining hall near office room (approx. 400 sq.ft.) with light, table, chair, and sufficient lighting arrangement etc. i. Printing & erection of banners, posters, standy near exhibition ground and nearby areas for publicity. j.Supply of sufficient Packaged Drinking Water (20 Liter Jar with Dispenser) / water bottle for the participants & Officials during the entire Expo Period. k.Construction of Temporary Food Court with 12 food stalls and sitting arrangement near the exhibition hall. l.Construction of Temporary Urinals for Ladies & Gents (5 Nos each) including regular cleaning & maintenance for the entire Exhibition period. m.Providing, Installation & Maintenance of Electrical System including placement of electrician during the entire Exhibition period. n.Providing, Installation & Maintenance of a DG set with fuel of sufficient capacity for the entire Expo Period including placement of an operator. o.Providing, Installation & Maintenance of Public Address system along with Audio Music Player & collection of Songs to be played during the entire Exhibition Period. p.Providing, Installation & Maintenance of CCTV surveillance system with sufficient cameras to cover the Exhibition Area including placement of an operator. q.Installation and operation of Inverter of adequate capacity for catering the following needs : (i) C.C.TV with recording system. (ii) Emergency lighting r.Providing, installation & maintenance of LED TV for playing videos depicting ethnic dances, tourist spots, historical monuments & industrial development of Assam and providing one experienced manpower for operation of the system. s.Adequate Lighting arrangement inside the entire Exhibition Area as per direction of Authorities. t.Providing Blowups, Flex, Glow Sign, Bromide printing, Photographs, Models based on cultural heritage, handloom & handicrafts and other industrial products unique to Assam. u.Providing adequate number of Fresh Flower Tubs inside the Exhibition Area. v.Maintenance of the ground with adequate man power for the entire Exhibition period. Maintenance would include sprinkling of water at the Exhibition ground daily, leveling, cleaning and laying raw sand and to avoid water logging in case of rain, provision with Sweeping of the entire Exhibition ground. w.Providing Fire Extinguishers as per norms or as per requirement of Fire & Emergency Services. x. Providing refreshment for Trainees, Guests, Resource persons, officials etc. y. Providing & supplying required power and payment to be made to APDCL. z.Providing accommodation and transportation for guests for the fair period as per requirement. aa. Providing honorarium to the Resource person. bb.Arrangement of Photography and Videography for entire fair period. cc.Providing Glow sign of “State wide MSME Trade and Commerce Conclave-2023” in English and Assamese to be provided. dd.Dismantling and removal of all temporary structures erected / installed by the contractor, followed by thorough cleaning of the Exhibition Ground after the fair without damaging any permanent structure.
