M&L for reinforced Precast cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in landing , cover slab (for manholes, shelves), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs , mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces incluing necessary form work, & set in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as specified an directed. Note:-Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately in respective items of Sch "A"/BOQ

M&L for Mild Steel TMT bar, 8 mm dia & Over , cut to length, bent to shape require, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns ,hooking ends and binding with Mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described and removal of dismantling materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framed work and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gd E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone boulders masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches pillars etc but excluing ashlar facings ressed stone works and precast concrete artiles of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000mtr, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of random, rubble, stone masonary brought upto courses, well bonded bedded and soilidly hearted and built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The PCC bond stones as use in random, rubble, stone masonary shall be mesured and paid serpartily under recepective item of BOQ.

All as per Ser item No 12 above, but except stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L for S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 3mm thick PVC tiles/ sheets, laminated plain coloured, marbled mosaic or mottled finish, laid with approved rubber based adhesive in floors supplied and laid in repair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC sheet wall penelling of thickness 5mm solid consisting of panels of desired size stuck on inner frame work of 50 mm wide strips of 5 mm thick prealam PVC sheet. The panel & strips shall be of 600 Kg/Cbm density manufactured by an ISO-9000 certified company. The strips should two PVC PVC strips. The PVC strip shall be fixed to the wall using 65 mm long MS screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200 mm. A groove of 2m may be left at the joint of two panels for astheticlooks. The exact size of the panel and orrespondingly of the gird may very depending on the size of the wall. Optionally a U channel at top, bottom and strip of 5mm thick PVCsheet of width 75 mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are joined, using solvent cement complete all including dismentling wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.
