Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil. Including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (As per CPWD DSR 2021, Code No.- 2.6.1 ).

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix). Including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (As per CPWD DSR 2021, Code No.- 15.2.1)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. Including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (As per CPWD DSR 2021, Code No.- 15.56)

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared. (As per CPWD DSR 2021, Code No.- 2.31)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level. 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). (As per CPWD DSR 2021, Code No.- 4.1.3)

Dewatering from foundation of abutments and wing walls (with pump capacity 4000 lit per Hr.) including wages of operator and fuel including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (As per PWD SOR 2022, Miscellaneous Code No.- 4-6)

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads/ taxi tracks/ runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber,finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling .Cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant (RMC plant) i/c transportation to site in transit mixer(As per CPWD DSR 2021, Code No.- 16.43.2)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars. (As per CPWD DSR 2021, Code No- 5.22.1)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). (As per CPWD DSR 2021, Code No.- 5.3)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete (Cast in situ) etc., as per direction of Engineer in charge. Including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (As per CPWD DSR 2021, Code No.- 5.9.1)

12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). (As per CPWD DSR 2021, Code No.- 13.4.1)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (As per CPWD DSR 2021, Code No.- 10.2)

Stone masonry in cement mortar for substructure complete as per drawing & technical specification Clauses 702, 704, 1202 and 1204 Random rubble masonry In 1:4 cement mortar. (As per PWD SOR MORD 2022, Code No.- 12-4-3-2)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work. Including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (As per CPWD DSR 2021, Code No.- 13.99.1)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface Including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (As per CPWD DSR 2021, Code No.-13.111.1)

Engaging and operation of one no. Hydraulic excavator cum loader machine ( preferably JCB) having capacity 75 BHP with one operator and one helper including cost of the fuel, lubricants and repair maintenance etc. for removal of slip / landslide / excavation in dry and wet condition complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (NSI)

Attending minor type of repair for full day by engaging and supplying one suitable Helper / Mali / Beldar / Mazdoor / Labour / Sweeper for carrying simple type of repairing of all work including all T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer in charge but excluding cost of material (NSI).

Removal of debris / waste material / any other material / waste material by sides of drains / rubbish on road side / park / dust bin and from any other location by full load tractor trolley (Tractor with trolley, driver, fuel etc.) within the specified colonies as desired by the Engineer-in- charge & includes safe disposal of the same out side the colony area at suitable dumping area including cost of all labour (minimum four nos labour or more as required) T& P etc required for proper loading/unloading and disposal of waste or any other material etc. required for the proper completion of the work in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (NSI).

Letter writing with preparation of base including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work (NSI-6)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. (As per CPWD DSR 2021, Code No- 14.72)

Providing and laying of wire crates 3.00x1.50x1.50 in size with GI wire conforming to IS: 280 & IS:4826 in 150mm x 150mm mesh laid with stone boulders. as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. (As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications)GI wire 8 gauge BWG(As per PWD SOR 2022, Misc. Code No.- 1-7-2)

Providing and Laying of Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal shaped Gabions of galvanized steel, of size 3mX1mX1m with two diaphragms at 1m interval, having mesh opening 100mmx120 mm, mesh wire diameter 3 mm for gabions, edge/selvedge wire diameter 3.9 mm and lacing wire diameter 2.2 mm. (The work includes filling boulders in the gabions).(As per PWD SOR 2022, Misc. Code No.- 1-9)

Cement plum Concrete with 40% plum & 60% grade M-20 (1:2:4) cement concrete including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer-In-charge. as per drawings and technical specifications.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately).
