Repairing Works:- Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc, and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: 15.28.1 G.S. Sheet

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal material material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 15.2.1 Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkaths, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and staking within 50 metres leaad: 15.12.1 Of area 3 sq.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with bold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). 9.1.1 Second class teak wood.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS:277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyster top coat 15-18 microns. sheet should have protective grand film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scrathches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drillling/ self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 % ) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS:277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the steel and polyster top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete. 12.51.1 Ridges plain (500-600mm)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per Manufactures specifications: 13.48.1 Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm.

13.48.2 Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 Ltr/10 sqm over an under coat primer applied @ 0.75 Ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

Dry brick pitching half brick thick in drains including supply of bricks and preparing the surface complete: 16.12.1 With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.

62 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate, 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardener compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacture's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelled which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) 9.5.2 Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollok wood. 9.5.2.1 35 mm thick shutters.

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately) 12.26.1 6 mm thick cement fibre board as per IS:14862

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.
