eTENDER 6 - Constructing Cable trench at Brahmapuram substation premises for 2AMBR UG Cable

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Detailed surveying of the cable route along the alignment fixed by the Board, 2.5mtr width from centre of the path of both side (Total width 5mtr) by using Ground Pentration Radar Method and Pipe detectors to detect all underground utilities at a minimum depth of 4 mtr throughout the length including total station survey for the entire line route and recording the data and propose a safest path for cable laying. 6 sets of detailed drawings( 2sets soft copy additional) of saftest cable route including jointing chamber and marking all underground utilities for cable schedule appoval and laying works making lines and grades, preparation of final cable route after laying and energisation of cable for preserving as permanent record incorporating GPS mapping of entire Cable Route, location of Cable Joints and also important land marks in the Cable Roue etc., complete as per directions of departmental officers at site..

Preperation of Final As Built profile drawing for cable route in 6 sets of hard (colour print) and two sets of soft copy in a scale of 1:5000 indicating the position of Cable jointing chambers, earthing details , position of cable route marker, landmarks, adjacent underground utilities etc. after completing the work and energising for the use as permanent record

Dismantling manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge :bituminous road

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge- All kinds of soil. Earth work in all classes of soil up to 1.5m

Extra for 1.50m to 3.00m in excavation / banking excavated or stacked materials- All kinds of soil

Close timbering in trenches including struting, shoring and packing cavities(wherever required), complete (Measurments to be taken of the face area timbered) - depth not exceeding 1.5 mtr

Depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3m

Bailing out water with engine and pump set including conveyance to site and erection cost of fuel, lubricating oil and other stores, pay of staff etc.complete

Transportation of excavated earth from place of storage to the site (1 km ) including loading, unloading and stacking, as directed by the departmental officers

Demolishing Cement concrete manually / mechanical means of Road surface including disposal of materials within 50m lead etc. complete as per the direction of the Board staff-Nominal concrete1:3:6 or rich mix(ie, equivalent design mix)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar

Dry rubble masonry packing for foundation and basement including cost of all materials, conveyance, labour charges, etc. complete as per specifications- Foundation in weaker sections

Filling M sand in weaker area of trenches of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level: 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 of specified grade excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1 1/2:3 (1 cement : 1 1/2 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding including cost of all materials etc complete upto plinth level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for walls ( any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Structural GI steel work riverted,bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: One or more coats on work , including the cost of preparation of surface etc complete

Cutting MS rod 40 mm in required length etc complete as per the direction of the deptl. Officers at site.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Collecting 40mm/20mm broken stone from the existing yard (actual thicknes) & stacking outside the yard for taking measurements etc complete

Dismantling chain link fencing with necessary battens,beading,bolt and nuts including stacking the serviceable mterials within 50m lead.

Spreading 40/20 mm metal in yard in lines and levels including removal of waste materials and cleaning the metal etc, as per the directions of dept. officers at site

Lifting, conveying and fixing the newly casted RCC covering slabs of any thickness on top of drain in position including all labour charges and miscellaneous expenses etc complete

Plastering in 12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) floated hard and trowelled smooth

Solid masonry using pre cast solid blocks (factory made) of size 30x20x15cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 part I of 1979 for super structure up to floor two level with thickness 15cm in : CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete

Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge : in cement mortar

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : to give an even shade :

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts , bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm (using deptmental material)
