Operation manual service manual list of spares etc. shall be submitted while the DG set is supplied. Standard control panel integral with the acoustic enclosure comprising the following 125 A 25 KA 4 pole MCB having adjustable setting having connection with statutory protective system like EFR and neutral CT etc. Digital type meter with accuracy class 0.5 to read parameters such as KWH, wattage, current, frequency etc. LED type phase indication type Fuse protection shall be provided for the meters and indication lamps. Exhaust piping Cost of DG set with charges of conveyance and unloading at site.

14.1:Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

14.7:Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

14.12:Providing 15mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4(1 cement: 4 fine sand) at all levels

14.13.1:Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required50 mm dia

OD57327/2022-2023:Installation, testing and commissioning of 25 KVA DG set on the newly constructed concrete basement after initial filling of oil and fuel, trial run etc.

5.4:Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

5.9:Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required.(Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

6.12:Providing and fixing testing joint, made of 20 mm X 3 mm thick G.I. strip, 125 mm long, with 4 nos. of G.I. bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and spring washers etc. complete as required.

5.14:Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

90.14.1.1:Fabrication, supply, conveyance, installation testing and commissioning of floor or wall mounting, dust and vermin proof, cubicle type MV panel board comprising of the following components/ devices & complying to IS 8623.<br> Fabrication of fully partitioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirement, with front and rear access facility, bus bar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear compartments, earthing the doors using 4 sq mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cut-outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps, bus bar interconnection etc, detachable covers for bus bar chamber and cable alley, powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly.
