Providing and laying 18mm (Eighteen millimetre )thick polished Granite stone slab (CHEMA PINK ,in combination with Dark Brown and Lakha Red clolour )in flooring steps with three grooves (Single slab,riser single slab),Kitchen shelves(single slab )and skirting and dado in requried design and patterns,in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete inculding nozing and moulding as per the architectural drawing with over 20mm (Twenty milimetre)average thick base of cement mortat 1:4 (one cement :Four Coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slury and pointing with white cement slury admixed with pigment of matching shade inculding rubbing,curing and polishing etcetra all complete as per the direction and entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, G S T or other taxes imposed by the Government.
