Watching vigilantly round 'O' clock entire premises of koyla bhawan by deputing skilled and experienced fire person (2 nos in all three shifts i.e. 6 nos. per day) to identify source of fire/ fire in initial stage and to surpass/extinguish fire by using fire fighting equipment installed at Koyla Bhawan including portable extinguisher as and when required. Scope of works includes Maintenance/servicing, testing etc. of the main fire pump for the hydrant system and cleaning of MS fire line network installed at different places of Koyla Bhawan complex: Maintenance/servicing/testing of hose box: Maintenance/servicing/testing of hydrant valve, gate valve etc. Also Maintenance of portable fire extinguishers of Koyla Bhawan on monthly basis, Co2 type fire extinguisher (9 lit capacity), water Co2 type fire extinguisher (9 lit. Capacity), DCP type fire extinguisher (10 kg Capacity), PD 150 type fire extinguisher

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valves (with cap) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) : 100 mm diameter.Class I

Providing and laying S&S centrifugally cast (spun) iron pipes (Class LA) conforming to IS - 1536 : 100 mm dia pipe
