Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of step down transformer out door type complete with standard fittings and accessories, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 Volt, 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tap changer on primary side to carry secondary voltage tapping range + 7.5% with tappings at every steps 2.5 % all as per IS 1180 Part-I (2014 , With Latest Amendment No 1, 2, 3 & 4 of Energy Efficiency Level EEL-2) Level-2, for Transformer manufacturing of capacity 500 KVA, copper wound, oil cooling with fins vector group : DYn 11, including initial oil filling (oil confirming to IS 335 and ISI Mark) complete all as specified including the following accessories :- (a) Three Nos porcelain bushing HT 11 KV with brass bushing rods, nuts, bolts & washers etc inside cable end box. (b) One cable box LV side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain with brass bushing rods complete with nuts and washers suitable for runs of 3.5 core LT UG cable. (c) Oil conservator with filler type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Explosion vents. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (g) One No 100mm dia, dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0 to 120 degree centigrade.

(h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate (j) Earthing arrangement.(k) Oil level gauge. (l) Oil drain filter valve. (m) Oil drain valve. (n) Lifting hook. (o) Oil conservator with filling hole and cap. (p) Air relief valve plug. (q) Four plate solid cast steel detachable rollers. (r) Earth bushing for neutral outside the cable box for providing independent earthing for neutral. (s) Necessary channel on foundation for fixing the transformer with joint and stopper. Note :- The transformer should be energy efficiancy level-2 and energy conservation (Energy conservation Binary Corps) for which necessary test certificate to be produced by contractor from manufacturer of the trasformer.

Supply and fixing LT feeder pillar panel size 1.8 m x1.5 m x0.75 m, weather proof, outdoor type , degree of protection IP-56, having sheet thickness of 3.15 mm and inner shell made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 60 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front and rear openable double door system and cable alloy (Each door hinged with body at 3 places with body and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable/open able by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93 and LT panel shall be tested from CPRI type test for 4000 Amp with breaking capacity not less than 65 KA and IP 56 as confirming to IS- 61439/2011 Part I and Part 2 type test certificate comprising of the following :- (a) Copper busbar of capacity 1500 Amps- Set of four Incoming:- (b) ACB 1000 Amps, 4 pole microprocessor with int release, elect fixed, MDO, 4 pole, 415 vo;t, 50kA-01 No Outgoing:- (c) MCCB 400 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volt, 36kA adjustable type with microprocessor release - 02 Nos (d) MCCB 350 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volt, 25kA adjustable type with microprocessor release. - 01 No (e) MCCB 200 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volt, 25kA adjustable type with microprocessor release. - 01 No

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation, shafts, man holes,for under ground cable / erection of poles, stays, locating fault of LT Cable and stay assembly and in other situation not exceeding 10 Square metre on plan and getting out in any type of soil including dressing/trimming of sides and leveling, grading and ramming of bottom of excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness 18cm shall be measured for payment purposes.

Supply and laying of un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover ,class HVP, type-1 with peak, size 300X180X40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks old sizes over the HT/LT cable laid flat with width equal to length of brick, laid perpendicular to the cable for protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core, suitable for 11 KV earthed system confirming to IS 7098 Part - 2 for insulation and for conductors Class 2 to IS 8130 - 84, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earth work, cable cover protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply, Laying and connecting including testing XLPE cable underground PVC insulated and over all sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts cross sectional area 400 Sqmm single core grade, laid in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing or in any other situation complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately).

Supplying and laying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade, cross sectional area 240 Sqmm 3.5 core, suitable for 11 KV earthed system confirming to IS 7098 Part - 2 for insulation and for conductors Class 2 to IS 8130 - 84, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation, earth work, cable cover protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing, 100mm bore, light grade, on poles/on walls/under floors/ road crossing with and including MS clamps, bolts, nuts washers as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing, 50mm bore, light grade, on poles/on walls/under floors/ road crossing with and including MS clamps, bolts, nuts washers as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing of any material and description, by trench less technology using ultra sound technique including providing HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete, all as specified and as directed. Note:- Any damage of other property like sewage pipes, other cables , water pipes etc will be repaired/replaced under this item without extra cost , department will not responsible of any damage.

Material and labour for cable end termination jointing kit, HT 11 KV, earthed system (cold shrinkable), outdoor type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for HT XLPE cable of size 50-95 sqmm, 3 core, 11 KV grade, earthed system complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable end termination jointing kit, HT 1.1 KV, earthed system (heat shrinkable), outdoor type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for LT XLPE cable of size 150-300 sqmm, 3.5 core, 1.1 KV grade, earthed system complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installationg, testing and commissioning of air breaker gang operated device triple pole switch ( GODO) outdoor type, vertical mounting type of capacity 200 Amp with drop out fuse consisting 12 insulators ISI marked mechanically operated mounted on insulator and frame work with operating GI rods and mechanical work from ground level with 02 Nops clamp hook for protection of operating GI pipe including locking arrangement including Godrej pad lock with two keys complete with fuse carried and HT fuse element having upto 200 Amp rating suitable for HT 11 KV 50 HZ AC supply including necessary electric connection complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement of lightning arrestor, expulsion type, suitable for 11000 volts, with all fittings, trasmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA, including connecting with HT line complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of broken stone or boulders filling of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cross arms,bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape of size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of cable route indicator/cable joint indicator or cable joint mark for 1100 volts made out of mild steel 100mm dia, 6mm thick plate welded to 50 x 50 x 6mm angle iron 60cm long embeded in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block of size of 150mm x 200mm x 200mm including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces , complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement of danger notice plate 1.60 mm thick of size 25x20 cm, mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled red colour, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal white colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6.00mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 32x6 mm GI strip earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized steel pipe 40mm bore (light grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work. The rate also include charcoal & salt in alternate layers, 20mm bore GI pipe (light grade) for watering and 40mm bore GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, cast iron cover and frame etc, complete, all as specified or indicated and as directed including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mmx 6mm thick surrounded by charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to 4.00 mm GI wire earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, checks nut and washers made out of galvanized iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanized iron pipe 15mm dia (medium grade) and connected to main switch or main control board all as shown in Electrical Plate No.3 of SSR Part-I & including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 in pit, RCC cover slab 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm dia TMT bars @10cm c/c both way with one 8mm dia bar as handle for lifting, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade watering pipe, funnel, wire wesh, charcoal or coke & salt in alternate layers, etc.all as indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth work, GI pipe for watering, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, etc. complete. RCC cover shall be 50mm thick in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm bars @10cm c/c both way. (ii) The quoted rate shall include the cost of earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with stand grouted in PCC.
