M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments in floor over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed
