Providing Security Supervisor and Guard Services At KSOU MYSURU

The tenderer must be registered under the Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments Act 1961 for a minimum of 3 years regarding providing of Manpower outsourcing services. A copy of a Form C registration certificate must be attached. (100 to 500 Manpower 10 Marks 501 to 1000 Manpower 15 Marks 1001 to 1500 Manpower 20 Marks Maximum 20 Marks)

The tenderer must submit a certificate of registration under the Private Security Agencies Regulation Act 2005 and Karnataka Private Security Agencies Rules-2005 PSARA. The certificate must be renewed for the current year. A copy of document regarding registration with the Fire and Security Association of India must be submitted. 05 Marks

The tenderer must be registered under the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) Act for a minimum of 3 years. A document in proof of EPF payment that is Payment Conformation Receipt for each month for year 2022-23 2023-24 and 2024-25. 05 Marks

The tenderer must be registered under the Employees State Insurance (E.S.I) Act for a minimum of 3 years. A document in proof of payment to ESI for each month of year 2022-23 2023-24 and 2024-25. 05 Marks

The tenderer should have an experience of providing manpower services for a minimum of 3 years. A copy of document regarding man power services to the Government or Semi Government sector or Universities for the years 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25 must be submitted. Experience certificates of providing a minimum of 100 manpower on an outsourcing basis under a single work order to the Government or Semi Government or Universities sector for a minimum of any one year during last three years that is 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25 must be submitted.(For 100 manpower under a single work order 12 Marks 101 to 500 manpower - 15 Marks 501 to 1000 manpower - 16 Marks (1 Mark for every 100 manpower, Maximum 20 Marks)

The tenderer should have PAN TAN under the Income Tax Act and having done the transaction of Rs. 13.00 Crore (Rupees Thirteen Crore) including a service charge for any one Financial Year that is 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25. The annual turn over shall be exclusively for Manpower supplies and with Audit Report shall be submitted duly certified by Charted Accountant. Minimum 13.00 Crores 15 Marks (1 Mark for every 20 Crores, Maximum 20 Marks)

The tenderer should be registered under Goods and Services Tax (GST). The tenderer shall be upload the scanned copies of GST payment challans paid to the concerned authority for previous 3 years 2022-23 2023-24 and 2024-25 and must attach GSTR3B documents upto 2025 (5 Marks)

Professional Tax registration certificate and copies of returns filed in Form 5A regarding the tax paid in the name of the Establishment from April 2022 to March 2025 should be uploaded. 05 Marks

The tenderer should upload Form-D documents regarding the payments made to the Labour Welfare Fund for the years ending December 31 of 2022, 2023, and 2024. 05 Marks

The Audit Report for the years 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25 and No Default Certificate certified by the Auditor should be uploaded. 03 Marks

The tenderer should submit Experience Certificate of providing manpower services to Universities in the last 5 years. (Provided manpower services to 1 to 3 Universities 03 Marks Provided manpower services to more than 3 Universities 05 Marks (Maximum 05 Marks)

Elected members and Blacklisted agency are not eligible to participate in the tender. A notarized copy must be submitted, confirming that the agency is not an Blacklist and does not have elected members. 01 Mark

The tenderer should have obtained licences form (Authority or Municipality or Town Municipality or City Corporation or Municipal Corporation) prior to 01.04.2023 and should renewed for current year 2024-25. 01 Mark.
