Supplying and filling in basement with filling M-Sand in layer of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed etc., complete.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One cement four m-sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm gauge hand broken granite tone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found neceesary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted ,etc.,complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and erecting centering for sides Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels,beams,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and B.G 10 Stiiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5 (spaced of 90cm C/C ) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with Standard

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 mix (one cement three m-sand and six aggregate ) using 20mm guage hand broken granite tone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted,etc.,completecomplying with standard specificatiion

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:11/2:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs etc.,

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed or Steel for all Reinforced cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 mix to 20mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.
