Consultancy for preparation of DPR of following items of work:- 1. Site clearance and Development. 2. Soil stabilization including improvement of CBR and K value of soil under floor/hard standing. 3. Conducting Geotechnical and topographical Survey and obtaining other details for planning of the Area hard standing, retaining wall, Road/Path, berm and its allied services. 4. Preparation of architectural drawings, structural design and site plan etc including hard standing, retaining wall and other internal Electric Supply and Water Supply details required for complete project. 5. Design/specification of complete bldgs incl hard standing, retaining wall, site clearance and development, soil stabilization including improvement of CBR value (Not less than 8%) and K value (Not less than 5 kg/Sqcm/CM) of soil culverts including topographical survey and layout plan of above work. 6. To carry out the estimates & finalization of quantities of earth filling and soil stabilization where ever required. Designing the hard standing, retaining wall complete to be elaborated in DPR. 7. Preparation of estimates of bldgs complete work with hard standing, retaining wall, site clearance and development, methods of soil stabilization. Also preperation of yard stick based on estimates. 8. Complete quantity of earth filling required in the work to be estimated with details. 9. Preparation of schedules of tender document (BOQ) of all items of work as per SSR (standard sch of rates) incl hard standing, retaining wall, clearance and development, soil stabilization, site plan, analysis of rates, Tender specifications and 03 equivalent makes of material to be incorporated in the work. 10. Complete DPR is to be prepared in accordance with BPs and in consultation of Stn HQ Jorhat CWE Dinjan/GE Jorhat. 11. 10 folders of DPR duly vetted by this HQ and any IIT/NIT/other Govt institute is to be submitted with soft copies. 12. Detailed calculations of all items of DPR is to be submitted and structural design is to be carried out in accordance with relevant IS codes. 13. Detailed network diagram of sewage and complete survey plan of whole area is to attached. 14. All the requirements of the user and any additional item required for facilitating preparation of DCS be added in DPR.
