M & L for Cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection 75mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls any descrition etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) as in ceiling finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on bricks on concrete surfaces finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for rendering or plastering work 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 in fascia/edges/ceiling of Chajjas and roof projections etc, including taking out peeled off plaster / concrete and making the line in true shape and finishing the surface without using extra cement all as specified.

20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including taking down existing stone slab all as spd and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed cement screed base laid and jointed with grey camant slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete for tread of staircase after roughing surfaces of old concrete floor by picking sweeping down with water to remove dust etc all as spd and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab 18-20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete for risers of staircase incl rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) and finished rough all as spd and directed.

Taking down chowkhats of frames n.exc 1.50 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) all as spd.

All as per Srl Item No 21.00 here-in-before, but exceeding 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm(without taking off shutters from the frames) all as spd.

Taking down Shutters of any description exc 1 sqm but n.exc 2.0 sqm each all as spd.

M & L for 2nd class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed complete all as spd.

S&F 35mm thick 2nd class hardwood Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.
