M&L for Plastering in patches n exc 3.0 Sqm in each patch including taking down cement plaster on walls/ concrete surface, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, Rendering 10mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting including preparation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down cement plaster on Old brick walls/ concrete surface, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, Rendering 10mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting including preparation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for prepration of old plastered or unplastered surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of exisiting treatment, including preparation of plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat oil bound distemper over 1mm thick wall care putty and a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applyng one coats synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applyng one coats synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for prepration of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in metal frames or with wooden beading in wooden frames in square n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane ( including necessary arrangements to hacking out old galss and fix in multy storey bldgs up to G+2 ) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm dia fixed with stainless steel wire staples or with pre painted wooden beading or any other fixing arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair for 20mm dia anodised aluminium alloy tubular curtain rod with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
