Construction of cement concrete road from NH-49 to village of Talakainsari (Bhidasahi) of Talakainsari G.P in the district of Keonjhar (Under CSR Scheme)

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetations grass, bushes, shrubs etc and disposal of unserviceable materials up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per clause no: 201 of MoRT&H and as per direction of EIC.

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment construction & clause 305 of MoRT&H specification for Road & Bridge (5th revision) as per direction of EIC.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road-way cutting and other structures with all lifts and leads graded and compacted to meet requirement as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900 and Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet required density etc complete as per Clause No.305 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in soil in hilly area by mechanical means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.and as per direction of EIC

Excavation for roadwork in Hard Rock (blasting prohibited) with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation for roadwork in Ordinary Rock with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of Granular Sub Base by providing close graded granular sub base (GR-II) materials as per table -400-1-- as per clause 401 of MoSRT&H (4th Revision) including all cost, conveyance, royalty,loading & unloading of materials, cost of labour T&P etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS-383 the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, aggregate cement ratio not to be exceeded 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600.1. cement content not to be less than 150kg/Cum. Optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, contrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.28 / 0.40 cum capacity and placement to site, compaction with vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc completed with cost conveyance and of all materials Hire and running charges machineries and cost of all labour, T&P etc. completed as per the direction of EIC.
