M/L RCC work 1:1½:3 for slabs supported on walls, columns , roofs, landing, balconies, canopies deck slabs and in shelves and the like all as specified in MES SSR, 2010

M/L RCC work 1:1½ :3 for foundation including raft footing foundation beams plinths beams bases for columns basement slabs under reamed piles and mass concrete and the like all as specified in MES SSR, 2010

M/L brick work in cement mortar 1: 4 straight or curved on plan exe. 6m mean radius with sub class ‘A’ brick all as specified in MES SSR 2010.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 150 mm/230 mm/300 mm thick AAC Blocks in supersturcture above plinth level upto floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for separately.)

M/L sand filling under floors including watering & well ramming all as specified in MES SSR,2010

M/L of Granite work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking plant forms thick 20 mm and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite all as specified in MES SSR, 2010. (Excluding screed).

S/F machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified in MES SSR, 2010. (Excluding screed).

S/F 2nd class Hardwood, Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, supplied and fixed all as specified in MES SSR, 2010.

Use & waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of Foundation and Plinth Beams and similar work; vertical or to batter fair finished surface all as sp. In MES SSR 2010 all as sp. in MES SSR 2010.

Use & waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, Columns, beams, landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping)fair finished surface all as sp. in MES SSR 2010.

S/F Mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all specified in MES SSR, 2010.

S/F of 2nd class Hard wood, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc. sizes of members of shutters all as specified in MES SSR,2010.

Ditto as above but Ist class hardwood, designer glazed & gauged shutter, as per design & sample.

S/F 2nd class Hard wood, plain framed & paneled factory made shutters (Two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (part-I ) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as specified in MES SSR,2010.

M/L PCC floor in cement concrete 1:2:4 fair finished even and smooth without using extra cement (flooring 40mm thick) all as specified in MES SSR 2010.

M/L glazed ceramic tiles 300 mm x 300mm or 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match all as specified in MES SSR, 2010 ( colored tiles) including screed 15-20 mm thick.

M/L glazed ceramic tiles 300 mm x 200mm or 300 mm x 300 mm x 7 mm thick etc. on walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match all as specified in MES SSR,2010 ( colored tiles).

M/L special quality unistone weatherdale tiles 200 mmx200mm having stone textured any color on walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match all as specified.

M/L vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match all as specified in MES SSR 2010.

M/L cement concrete interlocking block/tiles (M-35) vibrator moulded, 60 mm thick of shape as per sample in Cantonment Board office, colored & gray tiles (Cosmic, Hexa, Combo paver etc.) laid over sand 25 to 40 mm all as sp. In MES SSR 2010.

S/F Aluminium Frame Made of Aluminium rectangular section of 1.3 mm Thickness of size 2 ½” x 1 ½” Complete including fixing of 5 mm thick Glass Black/Brown for widows, doors & partly fixed partly openable frame, including hinges door closer, handle etc. complete all as specified in MES SSR 2010.

S/F framed work such as grills, grating, cattle traps etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters, trusses, MS bar fencing, walk wais; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 all as specified in MES SSR, 2010.

Providing & fixing 10-12mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface (RCC ceiling surface) with design as per requirement and approved by the Engineer-in-charge all as specified in MES SSR, 2010

Putty filling two coats application of one coat of Primer followed by two coats of premium Acrylic emulsion such as Asian/Nerolac/Berger or equivalent followed by preparing existing surface to smooth Interior finish all as sp.
