Cleaning fully built up area including surrounding premises, basement, stilt & floors at all levels, terrace area, entrance, pavement, parking area, utility and entire open spaces with in compound walls of complex on all days (except Sunday) including cleaning and sweeping all the areas including cabin, pantries, halls, entrance, staircases, staircases landings, mid landings, all fire escape staircases & their mid landings, sanitary blocks, cleaning all the table tops, chairs, furniture’s etc doors and windows within the building including necessary machinery like vacuum cleaner, any other latest machinery required for day to day cleaning, etc cleaning and sweeping the garbage from side apron and surrounding of the building, service roads etc with necessary labour and material viz soap, table duster, soft and hard brooms, duster, mops, buckets, liquid soap, soap cakes, scented liquid, air freshener, urinal cubes, baskets, etc of standard companies. and approved by Engineer-in-charge, with necessary equipments and machineries, tools etc complete, with supervisors to monitor with proper uniform including making arrangement for collecting, lifting, disposing off the garbage, scrap material, all labour, material, machineries required for it etc complete. Udyog sarathi, A&B wing, old CEO office, Old land section bldg, guest house, electric rooms, fire rooms, DG set room, all external & internal premises, pump rooms parking areas, pavements, stilt etc by machinery/manually etc complete as per Specification:

Maintenance & repairs of water supply & sanitation drainage system of office complex, including filling underground water storage tank during supply hours, pumping to over head tanks, leakage repairs, cleaning drainage system, removing choke up etc with all men & materials required for it etc complete (Rate excluding GST)

Maintenance & repairs of all carpentry works : Viz doors, windows shutters, furniture's upholsteries etc. Including supplying all men & materials required for the work.

Providing all men & material & equipments for cleaning & washing of internal curtain glass as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge etc. complete once in a months.

Providing all men & material & equipment's for cleaning & washing of external curtain glass as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge etc. The rate shall be consider for this item is shall be on job basis for one month. Work shall be executed at least once in a month & whenever required as per instruction of EIC.
