Construction of Brick Masonry in CM(1:6) using well burnt Bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non- modular or traditional size) (230 x 110 x 70 mm)including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing in position M.S Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for verandah openings using M.S. Flats, square rods, angles, sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending, fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with Two or more coats with Synthetic enamel Grade-I paint over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint Grade-I & one coat of metal primer) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC any colour fixed glazedwindows / Ventilators comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame andmullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile),uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket/TPV,G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plasticpackers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (ifrequired) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixinghardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof siliconsealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, allcomplete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge inclusive of cost of Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant. Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5%tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be acceptedbut no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi- chamberedframe with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from rollforming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVCprofile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads anduPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylonrollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mmsize for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screwsetc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage ofwater etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finishedwall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod ofrequired size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge inclusive of cost of Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent . "Z" Hold fasts of 230 x 50 x 6mm, M.S. Powder coated Butt hinges of 125 x 65 x 2.12mm, screws, nails, etc., complete (excluding cost of other fixtures which will be paid separately but including labour charges for fixing the fixtures).

Supplying and fixing of scaffolding to structure for various Civil repair works etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials such as Casurino Poles, Bamboos, country wood planks, nails and coir puri to provide working plot form along with ladder up to required level strongly. After completion of work scaffolding should be removed carefully as directed during the execution etc., complete. Note: The measurement for scaffolding shouldl be allowed for one face only.

Painting Two coats for new Wood work & New plastered surface with Ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paint in all shades Grade-I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter approved colour and make over a priming coat with ready mixed Wood primer (Total three coats) including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Painting Single coat for old Wood work with Ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paint in all shades Grade-I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter approved colour and make including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Varnishing two coats for old wood work with best varnish of approved quality and make including brushes to have an even shade and including cost of linseed oil, boiled, stopping cloth, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications.

Painting Two coats for External walls - New with Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of approved brand and shade over priming coat with ready mixed Cement primer for exterior grade-II (water thinnable) (Total Three coats) for new plastered surface after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Supply and fixing of CEMENT BONDED PRE-LAMINATED PARTICLE BOARDS aluminium glazed partitions using 10MM CEMENT BONDED PRE-LAMINATED PARTICLE BOARDS and 5.00 mm thick plain glass to full height. Using with LAM to a height of 0.91 meter at bottom panel and remaining height with glass and aluminium sections anodized to 12 to 15 microns and of sections of size 37mm x 62mm and 1.5mm thickness with one meter centre to centre duly fixed with clip beading on both sides including fixing the frame to pillars by M.S. flats, bolts and nuts including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete as directed during execution.

Supply of Fevical / wood adhesive compound as directed during execution.

Providing and fixing factory made solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded Door Frame section of size 45x90 mm with encapsulation of 8 mm rigid layer on all the six surfaces. The door frame will have a rebat of 32 mm. Door Frame section of 45x75 MM .The two vertical members are to be joined together with the horizontal member using 8x60 mm long MS Star full thread screws to be used with reverse forward speed control hand drilling machine. The ready/ assembled door frame is fixed to the wall using hold fast or bolt fasteners. A minimum of 4 No.s of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2 No.s for horizontal member.

Providing and fixing 28-30 mm thick solid Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) single extruded door shutter with 3 mm top and bottom rigid layer with an overall density of 750kg/Cum. It will be fixed to the frame using 3 inch/ 4 inch hinges. Minimum of 4 hinges will be required for fixing the door with the frame.

Providing and fixing in position anodized aluminium windows and ventilators of Jindal/Hindalco or equivalent make as per approved drawings with sliding shutters using double track window frame section of size 61.85 x 31.75 mm, with 1.2 mm thick, bottom section weight 0.695 kg/m, sides and top sections 1.3 mm, thick weight 0.659 kg/m; and shutter comprising top and bottom section of size 40mm x 18 mm, 1.25 mm thick 0.417 kg/m; shutter outer side 40mm x 18mm, 1.25 mm thick weight 0.417 kg/m, shutter interlock section 40 mm x 26.7 mm, 1.1 mm thick, weight 0.469 kg/m. The shutters mounted on nylon rollers with approved quality of fixtures such as aluminium handles, tower bolts etc., and providing and fixing 5mm thick plain glass for shutters fitted with rubber beading aluminium sections including cutting to required length, joints metered subdividing the frame tennoned and rivetted in the assembled frame stiffened with end clips at corners angles etc., and fixed to the walls, lintels, floor beams/cills as the case may be with necessary steel screws, rawl plugs, or teak wood gatties including cutting masonry or concrete and making good the original surface using cement mortar, aluminium sections pre-treated for removal of any specifications.
