Excavation in trenches n.exe. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of Pipe lines/ cable trenches and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified.

Removing excavated surplus Hard dense soil to a distance exc 250m but n.exc. 500mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed

Supply, laying in trenches, jointing & testing 150mm flanged ends centrifugally cast ductile iron 'K-7' pressure pipe in any length conforming to IS-8329-2000 with necessary jointing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 150mm cast iron sluice valve of pressure class PN-1.6 type,(IS 13095 Marked) flanged and drilled at both ends, ISI marked with gun metal spindle and rings including wheel for operating all as specified including two numbers flanged socket and jointing materials such as bolts, nuts, washers, rubbers/ fibre board gasket complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Construction of valve chambers of internal size 1000mm x 1000mm x 1000mm with 15cm thick solid concrete block masonary, block casted using PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 mix set in cement and sand mortar 1:4,15 mm plaster in cm 1:4 to internal surfaces and external surfaces up to 15 cm below ground level and top of floor in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement MS sheet cover 16 guage including 40x40x3 mm MS angle frame embedded in 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1,with 25x6 mm flat iron hold fast,handles,hinges with locking arrangements, applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surface and earth work in only type of soil & disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50 m. complete all as specified.

Supply & fix Water meter flanged type, Bulk enclosed, Dry Dial Type, Hydrostatic pressure 16 Kg /cm 2, 150 mm bore inlet outlet with all fittings (Nut, bolts, washers, rubber packing etc) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Y type CI Strainer valve 150 mm dia with flange ends any pattern with all fitting (Nut, bolts, washers, rubber packing etc) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cutting threading, welding for insertion of "Tee" for making tapping point, including provision of flange and tee and joints, Mechanical joint including nuts, bolts, washers and 03 Nos, rubber ring (long collar type), excavation and earthwork at Okha Nagar Palika tapping Point for 150 mm bore CI pipe line complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for fittings for DI spigot socketed pipes / centri fugally cast class LA pipes such as bends of any type, radius and angle tapers any type (straight, bend increasing, decreasing or double sockets etc) Tee pieces single branch 'Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plug size upto 150 mm bore, all as per IS 1538-1993, ISI marked including takingout old unservicable fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Burning out old leaking joint at in any position & recovering lead and making run lead joints including spun yarn and caulking thereafter for 100mm dia bore CI pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for making flanged joint, with 2 Nos., 3 mm thick rubber gasket joints provided with MS hot dip galvanised bolts, nuts and washers of required size and numbers, for CI Water mains or specials 150mm size, fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed .

Cutting of hard standing/ Road for laying of pipe line and making good surfaces by using PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 after laying of pipe line up to 30cm in width and upto 1M in depth and removing rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 50mm dia bore galvanised steel water tubing medium grade ISI marked screwed socketed joints complete with all tube fitting (such as bends,elbow,tees,short pieces,connectors,back nuts,diminishing pieces,caps,plugs and unions,etc) and fixing complete with clips,wall hooks,wooden plugs,or laying in trenches,etc.,also cutting,screwing and waste and for making forged bends on piping as required at site including taking down the existing pipe line with fitting etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 80mm dia bore galvanised steel water tubing medium grade ISI marked screwed socketed joints complete with all tube fitting (such as bends,elbow,tees,short pieces,connectors,back nuts,diminishing pieces,caps,plugs and unions,etc) and fixing complete with clips,wall hooks,wooden plugs,or laying in trenches,etc.,also cutting,screwing and waste and for making forged bends on piping as required at site including taking down the existing pipe line with fitting etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 50 mm bore dia gunmetal gate valve screwed down high pressure with iron wheel head/ long shank and cup butterfly type screwed both ends for iron pipe, complete all as specified.

M & L for 80mm cast iron sluice valve of pressure class PN-1.6 type (ISI Marked, IS 13095) flanged and drilled at both ends, conferming to ISI mark and having gun metal spindle and rings including wheel for operating all as specified including two numbers flanged socket and jointing materials such as bolts, nuts, washers, rubbers/ fibre board gasket complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duly) with stranded aluminium conductor cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core suitable for working on 1100 Volts earthed system, laid in tranches, in floor, in ducts, through pipe or along pole complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, PCC protection cover, GI pipe and protection clamps shall be measured and paid for separately.

Fine dry river sand cushion in trenches for cable protection with a layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Only compacted thickness will be measured and paid.

Precast concrete cable cover unreinforced, ISI marked class LV types 2 flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm having minimum average breaking load 200Kg, complying IS:5820-1970 made of concrete used of grade M-20, laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of concrete cover perpendicular to the direction of the cable length, adjacent / abutting each other complete all as specified.

GI Tubing light grade 20mm for cable protection, laid under plinths / floors / roads / culverts or fixed on walls or concealed in walls or along the steel poles by means of M.S., F.I clamps with necessary bolts nuts washers etc complete all as specified.

Supplying, erecting and fixing pre-stressed concrete pole 9 metre long, cross section 102mm x 172mm at top and 102mm x 279mm at bottom class-9 including zebra painting of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer, black & white strips upto 1.5mtr height from top of PCC coping in 30cm alternate block and numbering of poles complete all as specified. Note :- PCC and earth work shall be measured & paid for separately

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of Poles, Stays, etc. including formwork as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including formwork as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life exclusive innovative die- cast aluminium IP -65 flood light with high power LED 120W as light source, driver internal prewired, connected to juction box with 1.5sqmm 3core copper conductor with & including bracket of size 25mm GI medium grade of 1.5 mtr length with bending & necessary welding including fixing arrangement to pole made out of 40x5mm with suitable size of nuts bolts washers etc, including applying of two coats aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed Make :Havells Cat No :- JETAPROPLUSFL120WLED757LTG or its equivalent of make specified in Appx 'B'.

S&F hot press moulded SMC junction box door fixed with left side hinges inside dimension of 240x130x95 mm fixed with cable terminals with and including one number 16 Amp SP MCB fixed on pole with clamp nuts, bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed
